“9网段54区”构想及数字信息理论在排球训练中渗透过程的研究

【摘要】:随着近年来来排球运动的发展水平一直在不断地进步和提高,亚洲的快速多变和欧洲的高打强攻两种风格也在不断的互补长短,相互为用,彼此之间的差别也慢慢的趋向于互相揉合。随着科学训练的水平不断地提高,运动员的身体素质都在不断地增强,特别是身高和弹跳力这两个关键素质,在此条件下,各国运动员逐渐将后排扣球进攻技术的提高,这种技术也慢慢成为高水平排球比赛的主要进攻手段。高快结合、前后排结合,立体、全面进攻成为当今各个国家的发展目标。中国排球也提出相应的目标包括技术的全面性、快速多变性、发展高度、加强创新等。同时我国的排球队在成长的过程中一直在学习各国的优点,结合自身特点,发挥快、变的优势,增强和高度、强攻的融合学习,逐步发展出适合自己的战术体系。然而近年来中国男、女排在世界大赛上的成绩却不太理想。对于我国男女排在世界大赛中所暴露出的一些问题,其中在进攻方面可概括为中国队进攻时快变的战术特色发挥的不够理想;在团队配合方面概括为教练员与队员、队员与队员之间信息沟通不畅等问题。在其他方面,主要是运动员参加训练的年数和赛场经验与外国强队有些差距。针对比赛时教练员和队员信息沟通不畅、队员配合失误等问题,本文根据“9网段”理念对排球的基础训练进行研究,旨在从训练的早期就开始学习和训练九网段五十四区理论,转变对原来场地信息的认识,慢慢建立一种新的且基于数字信息化的训练模式,以期解决如何使场上运动员与场外教练员联系的紧密而有效;如何学习“9网段”理念实现团队对数字信息化的认识和掌握;如何利用不同数字排列组合实现攻防战术多样化;如何利用数字信息传递快捷、准确、系统的特点实现教练员准确快速的指挥及战术的快变等问题。本研究主要以九网段概念融合传统训练理念的训练方法为研究对象,通过文献资料法、访谈法、视频观察法、逻辑分析法等,结合“9网段”对进一步学习、掌握和运用九网段理念进行研究与探析。全文在结构上分为四部分前言、研究对象与方法、正文和结论与建议。前言部分通过查阅大量资料,了解了当前排球常规训练现状以及影响训练水平的相关因素,把有关该论文写作相关的理论依据、研究现状进行了分析和总结。研究对象与方法主要介绍了写作过程中运用的手段和方法。正文部分主要包括几点:首先对“9网段”理念进行了阐述,其次是研究排球比赛中传递信息的方式,再次对“9网段”理念下排球对各项素质的训练提出相应的方法。结论与建议部分对本论文的主要研究进行了总结并提出作者对相关研究的一些看法与建议。研究结果表明:学习9网段理论后可利用“9网段”理论在整个队伍从思想和实践中建立一种新颖、高效的数字信息传递模式,使教练员与运动员的交流变得更快捷和隐蔽;根据对网段的创新划分和编码,增加运动员对网段的掌控;通过不断地理论灌输和实践运用,运动员的进攻节奏与速度将会得到很大的进步;在比赛时利用简单、快捷的数字信息传递模式可以提高教练员的临场指挥能力,教练员可以在比赛的期间利用更多的时间空挡进行战术指挥。
[Abstract]:With the development level of the volleyball game in recent years, the two styles of Asia's fast changing and the high and strong attack in Europe are constantly complementing each other, each other is used, and the difference between each other is slowly blending. With the continuous improvement of the level of scientific training and training, the physical quality of the athletes All the two key qualities are increasing, especially the height and the bouncing force. Under this condition, the athletes of all countries gradually improve the back line attack technology, and this technology has gradually become the main offensive means of the high level volleyball match. Chinese volleyball also puts forward corresponding goals including comprehensive technology, rapid variability, high development, and strengthening innovation. At the same time, the volleyball team in China has been learning the advantages of various countries in the process of growing up, combining its own characteristics, playing fast, changing advantages, strengthening and high degree, the fusion of strong attacks, and gradually developing a suitable war for themselves. However, in recent years, the achievements of Chinese men and women's volleyball teams in the world series are not ideal. For the problems exposed in the world series of Chinese men and women's volleyball teams in the world competition, the offensive aspect can be summarized as the lack of ideal of the fast changing tactics of the Chinese team in the attack, and the team coordination is summarized as the coaches and players and the team. In other respects, the number of athletes participating in training and the distance between the field experience and the foreign strong teams are the main problems. In view of the problems such as the poor communication between the coaches and the players and the mismatch of the players, this paper studies the basic training of volleyball according to the concept of "9 network segment", aiming at the basic training of volleyball. From the early stage of the training, we began to learn and train the theory of the fifty-four section of the nine network segment, change the understanding of the original site information, and gradually establish a new training model based on digital information, in order to solve the close and effective connection between field athletes and off-site coaches. How to learn the concept of "9 network segment" to realize the team Understanding and mastering digital information, how to diversify the tactics of attack and defense by using different digital arrangement and combination, and how to use digital information to transmit fast, accurate, and systematic characteristics to achieve fast and fast change of the coach and tactics. This study mainly uses the concept of nine nets to integrate the traditional training idea. For the research object, through the literature, interview, video observation, logic analysis, combined with the "9 network segment" to further study, master and use the concept of nine network segments, the full text is divided into four parts of the preface, the research object and method, the positive article and the conclusions and suggestions. The foreword through the introduction of a large number of data, The present situation of the current volleyball routine training and the related factors affecting the training level are analyzed. The relevant theoretical basis and current research status of the paper are analyzed and summarized. The research objects and methods mainly introduce the means and methods used in the writing process. Conclusions and suggestions are a summary of the main research of this paper and some opinions and suggestions on the related research are put forward. The results show that study 9 After the network segment theory, the "9 network segment" theory can be used to establish a novel and efficient digital information transmission model in the whole team from the thought and practice of the whole team, so that the communication between coaches and athletes will become faster and more covert. In practice, the athletes' attack rhythm and speed will be greatly improved. Using simple and fast digital information transfer mode in the competition can improve the coach's command ability. The coach can use more time space to carry out tactical command during the competition.
