辽宁省中小学学生体质评价标准的制定研究

【摘要】:青少年学生体质健康状况的好坏是一件直接关系到国家民族素质的大事,是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志之一。在目前的体质健康促进工作中,亟需研制针对性强的过程性评价手段与评价标准。《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》(以下简称《国标》)在制定时为了实现统一性和规范性,不可能兼顾其民族性和区域性特征,而辽宁省学生的体质优于全国平均水平,将其用于评价辽宁省学生体质时则会出现一定的偏差。本研究制得一套按年龄和性别分组,适合辽宁省学生的区域性体质评价标准,可以有效地促进学生参与体育活动,进而有效促进学生的体质发展,为政府决策和学校体育的发展提供参考。本研究利用2015年辽宁省学生体质检测数据为研究对象,抽取35715名学生体质检测数据作为制定区域标准样本,用百分位法制定了按年龄和性别分组的《辽宁省中小学学生体质评价标准》(以下简称《地标》)。利用2014年辽宁省53626名学生的体质检测数据作为回代验证样本,对《地标》进行了验证,并得出以下主要结论:1.全国学生体质存在地域性差异,辽宁省学生体质总体优于全国水平。2.同一年级不同年龄的比例约占1/3。而不同年龄学生的各项体质指标存在差异,建立以年龄分组的体质评价标准具有一定的必要性。3.本文完全依据《国标》采用的方法建立了适用于辽宁省学生体质评价的《地标》。与《国标》相比,《地标》对柔韧素质、协调性和灵敏性素质的评价要求有所升高,对肌肉耐力、速度素质以及耐力素质的评价要求有所降低,体型的BMI指标标准值升高,肥胖检出率会降低。4.利用2014年小样本对《地标》的验证结果初步证明《地标》已经具有了比较良好的地方适用性,可以进行更进一步的验证以及小范围的应用试验。
[Abstract]:The quality of adolescent students' physical health is a major event directly related to the national quality and one of the important symbols to measure a country's comprehensive national strength. In the current work of promoting physical health, it is urgent to develop a process evaluation method and evaluation standard with strong pertinence. In order to achieve uniformity and standardization, the National Student physical Health Standard (2014 revision) > (hereinafter referred to as "GB") should be formulated in order to achieve uniformity and standardization. It is impossible to give consideration to their national and regional characteristics, but the physique of students in Liaoning Province is superior to the national average level, and there will be some deviation when they are used to evaluate the physique of students in Liaoning Province. In this study, a set of regional physique evaluation standards, which are grouped by age and sex and suitable for students in Liaoning Province, can effectively promote students' participation in sports activities and thus promote students' physique development. It provides reference for government decision making and the development of school physical education. In this study, 35715 students' physique test data were collected from 2015 students' physique test data in Liaoning province as the sample of regional standard. By means of percentile method, the evaluation standard of physical constitution of primary and middle school students in Liaoning Province was established according to age and sex (hereinafter referred to as Landmark). The physique test data of 53626 students in Liaoning Province in 2014 were used as the test samples to verify Landmarks, and the following main conclusions were drawn: 1. There are regional differences in students' physique in the whole country, and the students' physique in Liaoning Province is better than the national level. 2. 2. The proportion of different ages in the same grade is about one third. However, there are differences in various physique indexes of students of different ages, so it is necessary to establish the standard of physique evaluation by age grouping. According to the method of GB, this paper establishes the Landmark which is suitable for students' physique evaluation in Liaoning Province. Compared with the national standard, the evaluation requirements of flexibility, coordination and sensitivity were increased, the evaluation requirements of muscle endurance, speed and endurance quality were decreased, and the BMI standard value of body shape was increased. The prevalence of obesity will decrease by 4. 4. It is proved that Landmark has good local applicability by using 2014 small sample to verify Landmark, which can be further verified and applied in a small scale.
