2012-2013年欧冠决赛阶段中后卫攻防技术运用情况的研究

【摘要】：随着全攻全守的技战术打法逐渐成为世界足坛的主流,对运动员个体的要求也越趋向其全面。中后卫作为保护本方球门的最后一道防线,责任重大自不必言说,这对中后卫的防守技能提出了要求。同时,现代足球都更加注重攻守平衡,如何发挥中后卫的进攻能力是足球值得探索的问题。本文通过对欧冠比赛中中后卫应用的攻防技术的研究,了解到当今世界足坛中后卫需要掌握的主要攻防技术有哪些,对中后卫在训练和比赛中起到一定的指导作用。通过查阅相关文献、核心期刊,以及在国内外相关网站,通过对欧冠、中后卫、进攻、防守、技术等关键词检索,统计出研究足球比赛中关于攻防技术的相关文献有614篇,其中关于后卫攻防技术的相关文献有304篇,但对中后卫攻防技术研究的文献只有一篇。可见,在对中后卫的研究中,还缺乏很多。本论文通过运用文献资料、录像观察等方法,对2012—2013欧洲冠军联赛决赛阶段比赛的数据统计分析,研究出当今世界足坛中后卫主要运用的攻防技术。(1)在左中后卫和右中后卫运用进攻技术的研究中,传球技术、接控球技术和运过技术的运用主要以脚内侧和脚背内侧和脚背外侧为主,射门技术以头球为主。其次,左中后卫运用各项进攻技术集中在中中和中后区域。再次,左中后卫运用各项进攻技术的时间主要分布在第一个时间段(15’)。这是由于刚开场比赛,双方均处于试探彼此虚实的阶段,由此后场导球次数较多。最后,左中后卫运用各项进攻技术的成功率脚背内侧和脚背外侧为较好。(2)在左中后卫和右中后卫运用防守技术的研究中,左中后卫运用最频繁的技术是断球技术,由于中后卫位置的特殊性,对方往往采用直塞球进行渗透进攻,因此相比其它防守技术,断球运用较为频繁。其次是抢球技术。运用防守技术所处的区域主要在中后,中中和左后。运用防守技术的时间是较为均匀的,这说明左中后卫面对的防守压力遍布整场比赛中。在成功率和失败率上,断球和封堵球成功率是较好的。(3)中后卫个体能合理有效的利用各种攻防技术,对本方队伍来说不仅是锋利的武器,而且也是一道屏障,对本方队伍将提供极大的支援。
[Abstract]:As the technical and tactical playing of full attack has gradually become the mainstream of world football, the more comprehensive the individual needs of the athletes are. How to play the offensive ability of the middle back is a problem that football is worth exploring.
