20~39岁城镇成年人体育锻炼能力自评方法的研制与参考等级的建立

【摘要】:研究目的:为满足当前大众健身科学化、生活化、普遍化和社会化的需求,本研究从体质评价角度出发,梳理前期体质评价研究成果,探索体质领域自评价理论体系构建的理论基础和现实条件,在此基础上,以体育锻炼能力评价理论为落脚点,筛选并研制自评价体育锻炼能力的方法并最终建立20-39岁城镇成年人评价参考等级,实现自评价运动功能状态,以期为推进体质研究开阔思路并为大众健身获取健康效益提供具有实际应用价值的指导。研究方法:采用文献资料法和归纳与演绎方法,遴选构建自评价理论体系和研制自评体育锻炼能力方法的理论依据;采用实验法,首先招募322名受试者参与测试,获得自评体育锻炼能力方法的实证依据,确定方法的负荷方案、规范测试程序;其次扩大样本量,采用百分位数法和累进记分法制定20~39岁城镇成年人体育锻炼能力的评价标准并甄选最优结果作为最终评价参考等级。研究结果与结论:(1)初步构建应用于体质领域的自评价概念为:运用已有成熟评价等级/标准的经过科学性检验的客观评价方法或者问卷作为评价手段,达到个体或群体可以实现对自身的体质状况和水平进行检验与价值判断的过程。(2)理论分析和实证研究提供充分依据研制出的自评价体育锻炼能力的方法为改良TCAR方法,具体方案为:在初始速度为7.2km/h和初始运动距离为12m的场地内进行递增负荷阶段式折返跑,每个阶段为90秒的5次折返跑,其中每次折返的跑动时间为12秒,间歇时间是6秒,每级速度增幅均为0.6km/h,距离增幅均为1米,共设置16个级别,直到受试者力竭为止,测试节奏由改良TCAR测试录音带控制。(3)经过多重线性回归分析,制定并选取采用改良TCAR方法评价20-39岁城镇成年人体育锻炼能力的模型为:ECI(kcal/min)=-10.387+2.084×性别(男性=1,女性=O)+1.157×PV(km/h)+0.134×体重(蚝)。(4)本研究最终建立的20-39岁城镇成年人体育锻炼能力评价参考等级共分为5个级别,分别为:男性(上:≥27.19;中上:25.26-27.18;中:20.94-25.25;中下:19.40~20.93;下:≤19.39),女性(上:≥21.68;中上:20.27~21.67;中:16.87~20.26;中下:15.45~16.86;下:≤15.44)。(单位:kcal/min/kg* 100)

This paper explores the theoretical basis and practical conditions for the construction of the theoretical system of self-evaluation in the field of physical fitness. On this basis, the theory of evaluating the ability of physical exercise is taken as the foothold. The method of self-evaluation of physical exercise ability was selected and developed, and the reference grade of evaluation for adults aged 20-39 years was established to realize self-evaluation of sports function. The aim is to provide practical and practical guidance for promoting the research of physique and gaining health benefit for the public. Methods: by using the method of literature and inductive and deductive methods, the theoretical basis for constructing the self-evaluation theory system and developing the method of self-evaluation physical exercise ability was selected, and 322 subjects were recruited to participate in the test by the experimental method. To obtain the empirical basis of self-evaluation of physical exercise ability method, determine the load scheme of the method, standardize the test procedures; secondly, expand the sample size, By using percentile method and progressive score method, the evaluation criteria for the physical exercise ability of urban adults aged 20 to 39 years were established and the optimal results were selected as the final evaluation reference grade. The results and conclusions are as follows: (1) the concept of self-evaluation applied in the field of physique is as follows: the objective evaluation method or questionnaire, which is scientifically tested, is used as a means of evaluation. To reach the individual or group can realize the process of testing and judging their physical condition and level. The specific scheme is as follows: in the field with initial speed of 7.2km/h and initial movement distance of 12m, there are 5 reverse runs of 90 seconds in each stage, in which the running time is 12 seconds and the interval time is 6 seconds. The speed of each stage increased by 0.6 km / h, and the distance increased by 1 meter. A total of 16 levels were set up until the subjects were exhausted. The test rhythm was controlled by the modified TCAR test tape.
