广州地区高校体育院系教学质量监控体系中信息反馈机制的运行现状研究
[Abstract]:Teaching quality monitoring system is an important means to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching quality, and also an important part of teaching management. Information feedback plays a pivotal role in the whole teaching quality monitoring. To establish a perfect information feedback network, it is necessary to establish multiple information feedback channels so that colleges and universities can collect information widely and accurately. In order to ensure the comprehensive effectiveness of teaching quality control and achieve the effective improvement of teaching quality, the channel is unblocked, the transmission is rapid, the existing quality problems are found in time, the feedback is timely, the decision is studied in time, and preventive measures are taken. To ensure the smooth progress of each link of teaching is of great significance to the standardization of teaching management in colleges and universities, and at the same time, it can provide a reliable basis for the decision-making of teaching work in colleges and universities. Using the theoretical basis of information theory, system theory and cybernetics to study the mechanism of information feedback in colleges and universities, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical analysis, the full text will be carried out from the following aspects: part one, The related background and theoretical basis of this study are described, the second part of the current research situation at home and abroad, the introduction of the research technology route, research object and research methods the third part, The present situation of information feedback mechanism in teaching quality monitoring system of physical education colleges and departments is studied. The fourth part, through the analysis of the current situation to find out the existing problems to optimize and improve, to promote the good operation of information feedback mechanism, In order to improve the teaching quality, the information feedback mechanism in the teaching quality monitoring system and the factors affecting the teaching quality are comprehensively analyzed and explored, and the information feedback subsystems (students, teachers, management departments) are understood. Teaching supervision department, social evaluation) operating rules and existing problems, the information feedback of the participants, feedback channels, departmental collaboration, system construction, information collection, analysis and analysis of the output, etc., We hope that we can find out the unreasonable factors in the information feedback mechanism, optimize the collection, collation, analysis, transmission and processing of information feedback, so as to ensure the smooth and diversified information feedback. In order to improve the information feedback mechanism and improve the function of information feedback in the teaching quality guarantee system, this paper summarizes the general and instructive methods of information feedback.
