论高校体育课堂教学中引入茶文化思维

【摘要】：在本文中,笔者从高校体育课堂教学存在的问题入手,指出将茶文化思维引入高校体育课堂教学的必要性,并阐述了如何在高校体育课堂教学中引入茶文化思维,为提高高校体育课堂教学水平和推进我国茶文化的传播提供有价值的参考资料。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author points out the necessity of introducing tea culture thinking into PE classroom teaching in colleges and universities, and expounds how to introduce tea culture thinking into PE classroom teaching in colleges and universities. To improve the level of physical education classroom teaching and promote the spread of tea culture in China to provide valuable reference materials.
