北京体育大学在校大学生兼职足球教练员的教学效能感研究
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the college students majoring in football in Beijing University of physical Education by teaching efficacy scale. 12 variables including gender, grade, sports grade, major, sports years, coaches' grade, teacher's qualification certificate, substitute years, substitute class type, substitute reward and so on were selected. The single factor variance analysis of teaching efficacy, personal teaching efficacy and general educational efficacy was carried out by using excel tables and spss software. The results showed that there were significant differences in teaching efficacy, general educational efficacy and personal teaching efficacy between male and female students, and boys were better than girls. There are significant differences in personal teaching efficacy in grade, sports level and coaches' level in the football program of Beijing University of physical Education, but there is no significant difference between general teaching efficacy and total teaching efficacy. In terms of personal teaching efficacy, the college students in the fourth grade had the highest sense of teaching efficacy, followed by the third-year students, and the lowest were freshmen. College students have the highest sense of personal teaching efficacy at the level of national first-grade athletes, while the students of the grade of national third-level athletes have the lowest; in the comparison of different levels of coaches, the scores of the C-level coaches of the Asian Football Association are the highest, followed by the coaches of the grade d. The lowest is the student with no coaching level. The teaching efficacy, general educational efficacy and personal teaching efficacy of the football students of Beijing physical Education University are divided into different majors, different sports years, different average scores at present, whether they have teacher qualification certificates and substitute teaching years. There is no significant difference in different substitute pay. There are significant differences in the total teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy between the students of Beijing physical Education University football project in different substitute types, but there is no significant difference in the general educational efficacy. Both are the students who substitute in the amateur football club have the highest sense of teaching efficacy.
