第31届奥运会中外男篮后卫队员攻防能力的比较研究

【摘要】：中国男篮以小组五战皆负的战绩结束了里约奥运之行,从比赛可以看出中国男篮与对手的差距很显著,导致中国男篮在第三十一届奥运会比赛上失利有多方面原因,如男篮的后卫线的综合实力就是其中一个主要的原因。后卫作为全队的战术指挥核心,他们水平的高低对全队的胜负起到举足轻重的作用,但是我国男篮后卫的能力在本届奥运会比赛中暴露许多不足。所以本文通过分析本届后卫队员的攻防能力,利用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、比较分析法等对中国队后卫队员攻防能力的相应指标进行分析,从中国男篮后卫线上找出不足之处,以期为以后中国男篮在训练与比赛中提供理论指导,从而实现中国男篮队伍的整体协同发展,促进中国男篮竞技水平的提高。通过对本届奥运会中外男篮后卫线攻防能力的分析得出以下结论:(1)中国后卫队员基本指标方面:中国男篮后卫的平均年龄小于对手,实战经验不足,在身高方面与对手相差不大,但体重与对手存在差距,身体的对抗能力不足;(2)中国后卫队员得分能力方面:中国男篮后卫2分球得分能力有一定的提高,但3分球得分能力上与对手相差甚多,罚球得分能力也要弱于对手,主要表现在:外线投篮选择的时机不好,罚球的稳定性不足;(3)中国后卫队员支配球能力方面:中国男篮后卫在面对高强度的防守时,传球视野、支配球能力以及组织全队配合能力等方面会受到很大影响,传球的准确度会在高强度的防守对抗中被降低很多;(4)中国后卫队员快攻能力方面:中国男篮后卫在快攻的发动能力上弱于对手,主要表现在快攻意识不强,过多注重阵地进攻,错过了多次有利于快攻的机会,减少了快攻次数;(5)中国后卫队员突破能力方面:中国男篮后卫在突破能力上有一定的提高,但与对手还存在着不小差距,具体表现打球方式保守,突破后传球能力较差,造犯规能力弱;(6)中国后卫队员抢篮板球能力方面:中国男篮后卫在抢篮板球能力上虽有一定提高,但挡抢获得篮板球的技术运用不佳,缺少整体的抢篮板球配合意识;(7)中国后卫防守能力方面:中国男篮后卫队员防守传球、防守运球、防守投篮、防守突破、防守无球队员以及防守基础配合运用等方面同对手后卫队员存在差距。主要表现在防守积极性虽高,但压迫性不够,且运用防守技术不合理易犯规。根据研究结论给出以下建议(1)加强中国队与国外优秀高水平篮球队的比赛交流与身体素质训练;(2)提高中国男篮后卫队员得分、突破与传球能力;(3)提高中国男篮后卫抢篮板球的能力;(4)提高中国男篮后卫防守的有效性,降低防守犯规的次数;(5)提高中国男篮后卫队员的防守反击能力。
[Abstract]:The Chinese men's basketball team ended their trip to the Rio Olympics with a team of five defeats. From the competition, it can be seen that the gap between the Chinese men's basketball team and their rivals is very significant, leading to the Chinese men's basketball team losing in the 31 Olympic Games for many reasons. Such as the comprehensive strength of the men's basketball defensive line is one of the main reasons. As the core of the tactical command of the whole team, the level of the guards plays an important role in the victory and loss of the team, but the ability of the defenders of our country's men's basketball team has exposed a lot of deficiencies in the Olympic Games. Therefore, by analyzing the offensive and defensive ability of the current guard, using the methods of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and so on, this paper analyzes the corresponding indexes of the attacking and defending ability of the Chinese guards. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the training and competition of the Chinese men's basketball team in the future, the author points out the inadequacies on the defensive line of the Chinese men's basketball team, so as to realize the overall coordinated development of the Chinese men's basketball team and promote the improvement of the competitive level of the Chinese men's basketball team. Through the analysis of the defense ability of the Chinese and foreign men's basketball team in this Olympic Games, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the basic index of the Chinese defender: the average age of the Chinese men's basketball defender is smaller than that of the opponent, and the actual combat experience is not enough. In terms of height and opponent, but there is a difference between the weight and the opponent, physical confrontation ability is insufficient; (2) Chinese defender scoring ability: the Chinese men's basketball defender has a certain improvement in scoring ability, But the scoring ability of 3-point ball is very different from that of the opponent, and the scoring ability of free throw is also weaker than that of the opponent. The main performance is that the timing of outside shooting is not good, The stability of free throw is not enough; (3) the ability of Chinese defenders to control the ball: in the face of the high intensity of defense, the ability of passing the ball, the ability of controlling the ball and the ability of organizing the whole team will be greatly affected. The accuracy of passing will be reduced in the high intensity of defensive confrontation; (4) the ability of fast attack of Chinese defenders: the ability of Chinese men's basketball defenders to start fast attack is weaker than that of opponents, which mainly shows that the awareness of fast break is not strong, and they pay too much attention to attacking positions. Missed many opportunities in favor of fast break, reduced the number of fast break; (5) the Chinese defender breakthrough ability: the Chinese men's basketball defender in the breakthrough ability has a certain improvement, but there is still not a small gap with the opponent, The specific performance of the conservative way of playing, the ability to pass the ball after breakthrough is poor, the ability to make fouls is weak; (6) the ability of Chinese defenders to rebound: although the ability of Chinese men's basketball defenders in rebounding has been improved, However, the technique of blocking and snatching to obtain rebounds is not good, and it lacks the overall sense of cooperation in rebounding. (7) the defensive ability of Chinese defenders: the Chinese men's basketball guards defend passing, dribbling, shooting and breaking through. There is a gap between the defensive players and the defenders. The main performance is that the defensive enthusiasm is high, but the compression is not enough, and the defensive technique is unreasonable and liable to foul. According to the conclusion of the study, the following suggestions are given: (1) to strengthen the competition communication and physical fitness training between the Chinese team and the foreign elite basketball teams; (2) to improve the score of the Chinese men's basketball guard, Breakthrough and passing ability; (3) improve the ability of Chinese men's basketball defenders to rebound; (4) improve the effectiveness of Chinese men's basketball defenders defense, reduce the number of defensive fouls; (5) improve the defensive ability of the Chinese men's basketball defenders.
