软体训练和低栏架训练对青少年男子排球运动员灵敏素质的影响

【摘要】:现代排球运动正朝着高强度、大运动量及更加激烈的对抗趋势发展,技、战术的运用也越来越多,越来越复杂,排球运动朝着高速度、高超技巧、快速灵活的趋势发展,合理、准确的移动技术在排球运动中就显得越来越重要。本文通过软梯训练法和低栏架训练法对青少年男子排球队运动员进行实验,探索软梯训练法和低栏架训练法对青少年男子排球队员灵敏素质不同指标的影响,为青少年男子排球队员灵敏素质训练方法的选择提供一定的理论和数据参考,进一步提高灵敏素质训练的科学性。本研究以18名北京市六十五中学的青少年男子排球队员为实验对象,将其分为软梯训练组、低栏架训练组和对照组,每组各6人,在进行实验前对三组运动员进行同质检验。三组在同样条件下进行实验,在实验前后对三组运动员灵敏素质指标进行测试,得出数据并对数据进行统计分析,得出以下结论:1.软梯训练法和低栏架训练法与传统灵敏素质训练法相比可以显著改善青少年男子排球运动员反应灵敏素质,软梯训练组的提高幅度更为显著。2.软梯训练法和低栏架训练法与传统灵敏素质训练法相比可以显著提高青少年男子排球运动员改变方向的能力,软梯训练组在布梅来跑测试指标提高幅度上更为显著;低栏架训练组在伊利诺斯跑测试指标上提高幅度更有显著性差异。3.软梯训练法和低栏架训练法与传统灵敏素质训练法相比可以显著提高青少年男子排球运动员变换动作的能力,在跳钻栏架测试指标上,低栏架训练组的提高幅度更为显著;在十五秒立卧撑测试指标上无太大差异。4.软梯训练法和低栏架训练法作为新兴的灵敏素质的训练方法,对青少年排球运动员灵敏素质的改善有很好的效果,但也不能因此忽视传统灵敏素质训练方法的作用。软梯训练和低栏架训练应该与传统灵敏素质训练以适宜的比例进行训练安排,才能取得最理想的训练效果。
[Abstract]:Modern volleyball is developing towards the trend of high intensity, large amount of sports and more intense confrontations. The use of techniques and tactics is becoming more and more complicated, and volleyball is developing towards a trend of high speed, superb skill, rapid and flexible development. Accurate mobile technology is becoming more and more important in volleyball. In this paper, the soft ladder training method and the low hurdle training method are used to test the young male volleyball team players, and the effects of soft ladder training method and low hurdle frame training method on the different indexes of the sensitive quality of the young male volleyball players are explored. It provides some theoretical and data reference for the selection of sensitive quality training methods for young men volleyball players, and further improves the scientific nature of sensitive quality training. In this study, 18 young male volleyball players from Beijing 65 Middle School were divided into three groups: soft ladder training group, low hurdle training group and control group, each group with 6 people. Before the experiment, the three groups of athletes were tested with homogeneity. The three groups were experimented under the same conditions. The sensitive quality indexes of the three groups of athletes were tested before and after the experiment. The data were obtained and analyzed statistically, and the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Compared with the traditional training method, the soft ladder training method and the low hurdle training method can significantly improve the young male volleyball players' response sensitivity quality, and the improvement range of the soft ladder training group is more significant than that of the traditional training method. Compared with the traditional training method, the soft ladder training method and the low hurdle training method can significantly improve the ability of young male volleyball players to change their direction. In the low-hurdle training group, there was a more significant increase in the Illinois test index. 3. 3. Compared with the traditional training method, the soft ladder training method and the low hurdle training method can significantly improve the ability of young male volleyball players to change their movements, and the improvement range of the low hurdle training group is more significant in the test index of jumping hurdle frame. There was no significant difference in the test index of standing and lying brace in 15 seconds. As a new training method of sensitive quality, soft ladder training method and low hurdle training method have a good effect on improving the sensitive quality of young volleyball players, but the function of traditional sensitive quality training method should not be ignored. In order to obtain the most ideal training effect, the soft ladder training and the low hurdle training should be arranged in a suitable proportion with the traditional training of sensitive quality.
