新媒体背景下山东省高职院校体育教师职业素养提升路径的研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着数字网络技术的迅速发展,新媒体将成为现代教育体系中的重要环节,逐渐运用到教育教学中,从而不断推动教育的发展水平。学校体育作为学校教育的一个重要组成部分,体育教师队伍又是学校体育教育体系中的一个重要环节。因此,体育教师职业素养的高低将直接影响学生思想道德水平提高、体育技能掌握、心理健康水平改善以及锻炼习惯养成的效果。新媒体背景下,对高职院校体育教师职业素养提升系统的构建及提升路径分析是增强高职院校体育教师教育教学能力的需要,是提高师资队伍素质、推动学校体育事业发展的需要。本研究运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计与逻辑分析法等研究方法,对山东省高职院校体育教师职业素养提升现状、新媒体对体育教师职业素养提升路径变革的影响、新媒体背景下高职院校体育教师职业素养提升的路径等问题进行研究,得出如下结论:一、当前高职院校体育教师职业素养提升工作注重内容的全面性,注重体育教师综合素质的提高,但培训内容与教师需要不完全匹配,即存在“供需矛盾”。二、高职院校体育教师对各类职业素养提升需求程度一致偏高,体现了高职院校体育教师对职业素养提升的需求迫切,表明体育教师对自身职业素养的要求是全面的、高规格的。三、目前传统提升方式存在着种种弊端,新媒体的应用将会为高职院校体育教师职业素养的提升提供客观条件。四、传统的高职院校体育教师职业素养提升方式在一定程度上改善了教学效果,但与学生对教学效果的评价存在分歧。五、高职院校体育教师已具备一定的媒介素养,但有待进一步提升。六、新媒体背景下,高职院校体育教师职业素养提升系统中教育部门、院校和教师自身三要素对高职院校体育教师职业素养的提升都发挥着举足轻重的作用。七、新媒体背景下,高职院校体育教师可以根据自身的需求选择合适的提升路径,利用多种新媒体手段来提升自身的职业素养,具有更多的选择权和主动权。建议:一、教育主管部门,应充分发挥组织领导作用,主动借助新媒体手段改进培训模式,积极搭建平台,加大政策、技术和资金支持,为新媒体背景下高职院校体育教师职业素养提升提供强有力保障。二、高职院校,应重视加强对体育教师职业素养的提升工作,除了传统的提升模式外,积极开发、购买或共享数字资源,结合院校本身的优势,整合本校的教学资源,搭建一定的新媒体平台。另一方面积极为教师提供相关的软、硬件条件,为体育教师参与新媒体的应用奠定基础。三、高职院校体育教师,应积极主动提升自身的媒介素养,借助新媒体进行自主学习的同时积极参与主管部门的在线培训,努力提升自身的职业素养。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of digital network technology, the new media will become an important link in the modern education system, gradually applied to the education and teaching, so as to continuously promote the development of education. School physical education as an important part of school education, physical education teachers are also an important link in the school physical education system. Therefore, the level of professional accomplishment of PE teachers will directly affect the improvement of students' ideological and moral level, the mastery of physical skills, the improvement of mental health and the formation of exercise habits. Under the background of new media, it is necessary to construct the system of improving the professional accomplishment of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges and to analyze the ways to enhance the teaching ability of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges, as well as to improve the quality of teachers. The need to promote the development of school physical education. This study uses the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis to improve the professional quality of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province. The influence of new media on the path change of PE teachers' professional literacy improvement, and the research on the path of PE teachers' professional literacy improvement under the background of new media are studied, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. At present, the promotion of PE teachers' professional literacy in higher vocational colleges pays attention to the comprehensiveness of contents and the improvement of comprehensive qualities of PE teachers, but the training contents and teachers' needs are not fully matched, that is, there is a contradiction between supply and demand. Secondly, the demand of PE teachers for all kinds of professional literacy is on the high side, which reflects the urgent need of PE teachers to improve their professional literacy, which indicates that the requirements of PE teachers to their own professional literacy are comprehensive. High specification. The application of new media will provide objective conditions for the improvement of professional quality of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges. Fourthly, the traditional way of improving the professional accomplishment of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges has improved the teaching effect to some extent, but there are differences with the students' evaluation of the teaching effect. Fifth, PE teachers in higher vocational colleges already have certain media literacy, but need to be further improved. Sixth, under the new media background, the education department, the colleges and the teachers themselves play an important role in improving the professional literacy of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges. Seventh, under the new media background, the higher vocational college physical education teachers can choose the suitable promotion path according to their own needs, use many kinds of new media means to enhance their own professional accomplishment, has more choice and initiative. Recommendations: first, education authorities should give full play to their organizational leadership role, take the initiative to improve the training model by means of new media, actively build platforms, and increase policy, technical and financial support. Under the background of new media, it provides a strong guarantee for the promotion of professional accomplishment of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges. Second, higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to enhancing the professional quality of PE teachers. In addition to the traditional promotion mode, they should actively develop, purchase or share digital resources, combine the advantages of colleges and universities, and integrate their teaching resources. Build a certain new media platform. On the other hand, it provides teachers with relevant hardware and software conditions, and lays the foundation for PE teachers to participate in the application of new media. Third, PE teachers in higher vocational colleges should actively promote their media literacy, actively participate in the online training of the competent departments with the help of new media for independent learning, and strive to improve their own professional literacy.
