淄博市健身俱乐部教练的群体特征研究

【摘要】:本文以淄博市健身俱乐部教练为研究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法,对淄博市健身俱乐部教练的基本情况、职业素质、教练行业存在的问题三方面进行调查和分析,对提高淄博市健身俱乐部教练的职业素质的途径进行总结,为使淄博市健身俱乐部教练行业得到良性发展提供一定的理论依据。得出以下结论: 1、基本情况方面,淄博市健身俱乐部教练队伍呈现年轻化,不够成熟;男性教练明显多于女性教练,重点缺少女性教练;教练学历层次不高,缺乏高学历、高素质教练;教练任职年限普遍太短,缺乏指导经验;资格认证混乱单一;参加培训次数太少;教练收入状况不错,对薪酬满意度较高。 2、职业道德素质方面,对职业理想的认识不够,但评价较高;对职业态度和职业责任的认识程度很高,且得到基本满意的评价。 3、职业知识素质方面,对基础理论知识和专业技能知识的认识程度很高,但掌握情况一般,对相关辅助知识的认识不够,且掌握情况较差。 4、职业能力素质方面,除了创新能力,其他各项专业能力均受到较高程度的认识,动作讲解、示范能力和保护帮助能力掌握较好,对其他各项专业能力的掌握则有待提高,尤其是创新能力和急救能力。 5、职业形象素质方面,淄博市健身俱乐部教练的言行举止还不够规范,对健身会员的亲和力还不够到位。 6、存在问题方面,,缺乏高素质、高学历教练和教练培训机制不完善是存在的两大重要问题,且其他问题同样不容忽视。
[Abstract]:This article takes the Zibo fitness club coach as the research object, uses the literature material method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the logic analysis method, the mathematical statistics method, the Zibo fitness club coach basic situation, the profession quality, The problems existing in the coaching industry are investigated and analyzed in three aspects, and the ways to improve the professional quality of the fitness club coaches in Zibo City are summarized, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the healthy development of the fitness club coaches industry in Zibo City. Draw the following conclusions: 1, the basic situation, Zibo City fitness club coaches are younger, not mature; male coaches are obviously more than female coaches, the focus is lack of female coaches; coach education level is not high, Lack of high education, high quality coaches; coaches are generally too short of tenure, lack of guidance experience, qualification is confused and single, the number of times to participate in training is too small, coach income is good, (2) higher degree of satisfaction with salary. 2. In terms of professional ethics, the understanding of professional ideal is not enough, but the evaluation is high, and the level of understanding of professional attitude and responsibility is very high. And get a basic satisfactory evaluation. 3. In terms of professional knowledge quality, the level of understanding of basic theoretical knowledge and professional skills knowledge is very high, but the situation is general, and the knowledge of relevant auxiliary knowledge is not enough. 4. In terms of professional competence and quality, in addition to innovative ability, all other professional abilities have been better grasped by a higher degree of understanding, action explanation, demonstration ability and protection and help ability. The mastery of other professional abilities needs to be improved, especially the ability of innovation and first aid. 5. In terms of professional image quality, the words and deeds of the coaches of Zibo fitness club are not standardized enough. The affinity of fitness members is not enough. 6. In terms of problems, the lack of high quality, high-quality coaches and coach training mechanism are two important problems, and other problems can not be ignored.
