美国大型体育场馆经营管理研究

【摘要】: 大型体育场馆是开展各类体育运动的物质基础,体育场馆的建设也由于其投资数额巨大、建设周期长、投资风险大和运营维护成本高等因素对投资和管理者们在对场馆的整体规划和管理运营方面提出了更为苛刻的要求。近年来,随着高水平体育赛事规模的日益扩大,人们欣赏各种比赛的需求也越来越高,大型体育场馆建设呈现快速的发展趋势。与此同时,我国大型体育场馆的经营管理方面却存在诸多问题,市场机制的运作模式在体育场馆的经营中不成熟,国内大量的大型体育场馆在体育赛事结束以后不能得到有效的利用,造成财力、物力和人力资源的浪费,我国的60多万座体育场馆的主要收入来源依然是靠场地和房屋出租,这两项收入占场馆总收入的60%以上,场馆整体运营水平仍然处在初级阶段。 作为世界上体育产业最发达的国家,美国对大型体育场馆的运营管理等方面有着成功的经验。因此,本文以美国大型体育场馆的运营和管理为研究对象,通过文献资料法、比较分析法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,在总结美国大型体育场馆的发展模式特点和经验的基础上,探索适合我国大型体育场馆的发展模式。 本文共分四个部分: 第一部分从发展历史、现状、分类三个方面介绍了美国大型体育场馆的整体发展情况 第二部分介绍并分析美国大型体育场馆投资建设、管理经营模式及存在问题 第三部分对比总结了我国大型体育场馆发展现状和特点,指出美国大型体育场馆的发展对中国的启示 第四部分,结论。通过以上研究本文得出以下结论: 一、雄厚的经济实力是美国大型体育场馆得以繁荣和发展的基础,有利的国际环境和国家体制等因素是其发展的有力保证,多元化投融资方式以及成熟的市场化管理模式则是美国大型体育场馆发展保持兴旺不衰的主要策略。 二、我国体育产业发展总体趋势良好,大型体育场馆设施的建设投资、经营和管理由于政治、经济及其它社会因素的影响制约发展缓慢。以我国国情为出发点,借鉴美国等发达国家的成功经验,将是我国大型体育场馆发展的必由之路。
[Abstract]:Large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums are the material basis for the development of various sports activities. The construction of stadiums and gymnasiums also has a long construction period due to their huge investment. Such factors as high investment risk and high cost of operation and maintenance put forward more stringent requirements for investment and managers in the overall planning and management of stadiums and gymnasiums. In recent years, with the increasing expansion of the scale of high-level sports events, the demand for people to appreciate all kinds of competitions is also increasing, and the construction of large sports venues is showing a rapid development trend. At the same time, there are many problems in the management of large stadiums and gymnasiums in our country. The operation mode of market mechanism is not mature in the management of stadiums and gymnasiums. A large number of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums in China cannot be effectively utilized after the sports events, resulting in a waste of financial, material and human resources. The main source of income of more than 600,000 stadiums in China is still rented out by venues and houses. These two revenues accounted for more than 60% of the total revenue of the venue, the overall operating level of the venue is still in its infancy. As the most developed sports industry in the world, the United States has a successful experience in the operation and management of large stadiums and gymnasiums. Therefore, this paper takes the operation and management of large stadiums and gymnasiums in the United States as the research object, through the methods of literature, comparative analysis and logic analysis, and summarizes the characteristics and experiences of the development models of large stadiums in the United States. To explore the development model suitable for large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums in China. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part from the history of development, the current situation, The second part introduces and analyzes the investment and construction of large stadiums and gymnasiums in the United States. The third part compares and summarizes the current situation and characteristics of the development of large stadiums and gymnasiums in China, and points out the enlightenment of the development of large stadiums and gymnasiums in the United States to China in the fourth part and the conclusion. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the strong economic strength is the basis for the prosperity and development of the large stadiums and gymnasiums in the United States, and the favorable international environment and national system are the powerful guarantee for its development. Diversification of investment and financing and mature market-oriented management are the main strategies for the development of large stadiums and gymnasiums in the United States. Second, the overall development trend of sports industry in China is good. The investment, management and management of large sports facilities are slow due to the influence of political, economic and other social factors. Taking the national conditions of our country as the starting point and drawing lessons from the successful experiences of the developed countries such as the United States, it will be the only way for the development of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums in China.
