我国城市马拉松赛事参赛者服务比较研究

【摘要】：运用实地考察法、数据统计法等,对我国四项城市马拉松赛事参赛者服务的各个环节进行比较研究。结论:四项马拉松赛事在不同的服务环节中各有自己的亮点和特色,也存在改进和提升的空间;总体上来说,2015上海国际马拉松赛在参赛者服务各方面做得最细致专业;2016厦门国际马拉松赛在物资领取方面有创新,但在存取包、分区站位、人员疏散等方面存在不足;2016成都双遗马拉松赛和2016武汉马拉松赛在参赛者服务各方面亮点颇多。
[Abstract]:By using the method of field investigation and data statistics, this paper makes a comparative study on the service links of participants in four city marathons in China. Conclusion: each of the four marathons has its own bright spots and characteristics in different service links, and there is room for improvement and improvement. Overall speaking, the Shanghai International Marathon 2015 has been the most detailed and professional in all aspects of contestant service. Xiamen International Marathon 2016 has been innovative in terms of material collection, but in access packages, district stations, There are some shortcomings in evacuation, such as Chengdu double Marathon in 2016 and Wuhan Marathon in 2016.
