广东省男排后备梯队建设现状与对策研究

【摘要】：广东省男排有着辉煌的成就,70年代的广东省男排引领着中国的排球运动,但是随着排球运动竞技的提高和自身成绩的大幅度下滑,导致90年代的广东省男排在长达五年的时间内都处于解散状态,虽然在1998年队伍重新组建,而五年的后备人才的空白期,造成萧条的后备人才链无法满足广东省男排的需求,最终导致曾经成绩卓越的广东省男排逐渐走向没落,想要使广东省男排再次崛起,必须找到并解决男排各级梯队建设中所存在的缺陷,并不断探索找出适合自身的发展策略。本课题运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计、实地考察法等研究方法,通过详细的调查研究广东省男排梯队(青年队和少年队)建设的现状,探索并找出广东省男子排球在后备梯队建设方面所存在的问题与不足,促进广东省男排后备人才培养和梯队建设的完善,提高广东省男排后备梯队的质量,为广东省男排的振兴和长久发展提供有益的参考。研究结果显示:1.广东省男排后备梯队本土球员匮乏,外来球员引进过度。2.广东省男排后备梯队训练和恢复手段单一,各级球队训练、恢复和保护设施不够完善,运动员伤病发生机率偏高。3.广东省男排后备梯队培养单位对运动员文化学习不够重视(特别是二队),运动员学训矛盾依然突出,运动员学习兴趣不高。4.广东省举办相关赛事偏少,男排后备梯队竞赛资金投入不足,竞赛制度和竞赛管理不够完善,运动员参赛机会偏少,比赛经验明显欠缺。5.运动员保障机制不够完善。6.广东省男排后备梯队运动员档案和奖惩制度有待完善,教练员整体能力和科学意识需要加强,梯队教练员团队整体建设有待提高。7.广东省男排青年队运动员及家长对于走职业化道路的向往指数较低。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Men's Volleyball team has brilliant achievements. In the 1970s, Guangdong Men's Volleyball team led volleyball in China, but with the improvement of volleyball athletics and the decline of their own achievements, As a result, the Guangdong men's volleyball team in the 1990s was disbanded for up to five years. Although the team was reorganized in 1998, and the blank period of five years of reserve talent, the depressed reserve talent chain was unable to meet the demand of the Guangdong men's volleyball team. In order to make the men's volleyball of Guangdong Province rise again, it is necessary to find and solve the defects in the construction of echelons of the men's volleyball team at all levels, and constantly explore the development strategy suitable for themselves. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, field investigation and so on, this paper studies the current situation of the construction of men's volleyball echelons (youth and youth teams) in Guangdong Province through detailed investigation. This paper explores and finds out the problems and shortcomings in the construction of reserve echelon in Guangdong men's volleyball, promotes the training of reserve talents and the improvement of echelon construction in Guangdong men's volleyball, and improves the quality of the reserve echelon of men's volleyball in Guangdong Province. For the men's volleyball team in Guangdong Province for the revitalization and long-term development to provide a useful reference. The results of the study show that 1: 1. Guangdong Province men's volleyball reserve echelon local players are scarce, foreign players imported excessive. 2. Guangdong men's volleyball reserve echelon training and recovery means are single, teams at all levels of training, recovery and protection facilities are not perfect, athletes have a high incidence of injuries. 3. Guangdong men's volleyball reserve echelon training units pay less attention to athletes' cultural learning (especially the second team), athletes' learning and training contradictions are still prominent, athletes' interest in learning is not high. 4. Guangdong Province held a few related events, the men's volleyball reserve echelon competition funds insufficient investment, competition system and competition management is not perfect, athletes less opportunities to participate, competition experience is obviously lacking. 5. Athlete safeguard mechanism is not perfect. The file and reward and punishment system of reserve echelon players in Guangdong men's volleyball team need to be perfected, the overall ability and scientific consciousness of coaches need to be strengthened, and the overall construction of echelon coaches team needs to be improved. Guangdong men's volleyball youth team athletes and parents to take the professional road yearning index is low.
