北京体育大学跆拳道本科专项毕业生就业现状及教育对策研究

【摘要】：近些年来,随着高等教育的不断扩招,越来越多的年轻人可以进入高等学府接受教育,但同时也带来大量毕业生就业难的问题,体育院校作为高等教育的特色院校,就业问题不容小视。为了解学校的就业现状,为学生就业提供现实帮助,也为学校改进教育教学提供理论依据,本文以北京体育大学2014届、2015届、2016届毕业生为研究对象,综合运用文献资料法、调查问卷法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对毕业的就业现状进行分析,得出以下结论:1.调查表明,2014届-2016届北京体育大学跆拳道专项生的就业率比较乐观,这与学校的教育优势、生源质量好、师资力量强密不可分。2.由于跆拳道在经济发达地区的群众基础好,所以学生在毕业地区的选择上更倾向于北上广等一线发达城市,不愿意去基层单位和社会所需的偏远地区。3.北京体育大学2014-2016届跆拳道专项毕业生在就业中表现出很好的专项水平,但是体育专业知识、通识知识、外语能力等其他综合素质表现的差强人意。4.用人单位更青睐于具有高学历和综合素质的人才。5.毕业生就业问题是学生自身、学校、家庭和社会等多方面的综合问题。建议:1.学生在求职准备阶段要对自身有全面的认识,在求职过程中要取长补短,尽可能的发挥自身专项竞技强的优势,同时不断的完善自我,树立终身学习的观念,树立正确的就业观念,积极提升自身能力。2.毕业生要有明确的人生规划,在求职过程中脚踏实地,不能好高骛远。在工作区域的选择上,要有服务社会的意思,积极响应国家号召,服务西部,锻炼自我。3.学生在四年本科阶段,要全面发展自己的能力,不仅要拥有良好的专项竞技水平,更应努力提升自己的多种能力,增加知识储备,为日后的发展奠定基础。4.学校要通过多种方式手段完成培养目标,不断改善课程设置,完善实习制度,加强对学生就业的引导。将课程的设置紧贴社会的需求,培养社会所需要的体育人才。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing enrollment of higher education, more and more young people can enter higher education institutions, but at the same time, it also brings the problem that a large number of graduates are difficult to obtain employment. The problem of employment should not be overlooked. In order to understand the present situation of school employment, to provide practical help for students' employment and to provide theoretical basis for the improvement of education and teaching in schools, this paper takes the graduates of Beijing physical Education University from the year of 2014 to the year of 2015 as the research object, and applies the method of literature and materials synthetically. Questionnaire method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method, to graduate employment situation analysis, draw the following conclusions: 1. The survey shows that the employment rate of Taekwondo students at Beijing physical Education University in 2014 and 2016 is optimistic, which is closely related to the educational advantages of the school, the quality of students and the strength of teachers. Because Taekwondo has a good mass base in economically developed areas, students are more inclined to go north to Guangzhou and other first-tier developed cities in their choice of graduation areas, unwilling to go to the remote areas needed by grass-roots units and society. The 2014-2016 Taekwondo graduates of Beijing physical Education University showed a good professional level in employment, but their professional knowledge, general knowledge, foreign language ability and other comprehensive qualities were not satisfactory. 4. Employers prefer to have high academic qualifications and comprehensive quality of talent. 5. Graduate employment is a comprehensive problem of students themselves, schools, families and society. Suggestion 1. Students should have a comprehensive understanding of themselves in the preparation stage of job hunting, learn from each other in the process of seeking employment, exert their own special competitive advantages as far as possible, at the same time, constantly improve themselves and establish the concept of lifelong learning. Establish a correct concept of employment, actively improve their own ability. 2. Graduates should have a clear life plan, in the process of job-hunting down-to-earth, not ambitious. In the choice of work areas, we should have the meaning of serving the society, respond positively to the call of the state, serve the west, and exercise ourselves. Students in the four-year undergraduate stage, to fully develop their own ability, not only must have a good level of special sports, but also should strive to improve their own multiple abilities, increase knowledge reserves, for future development of the foundation .4. The school should accomplish the training goal by various means, improve the curriculum, perfect the practice system, and strengthen the guidance to the students' employment. The curriculum will be closely linked to the needs of society, the training of sports talents needed by the society.
