茶道精髓与我国传统体育文化精神的契合分析

【摘要】：作为中国传统茶文化的重要组成部分,茶道精神集中体现了茶文化的思想性、艺术性以及价值取向。从实践看,茶道精神不仅具有很好的欣赏价值,同时其所蕴含的优秀价值理念,对于提升大学生的人文素养、道德水准以及价值追求也大有裨益。本文就从茶道精髓出发,通过分析其与我国传统体育文化精神的契合之处,来对两者的融合试论一二。
[Abstract]:As an important part of Chinese traditional tea culture, the spirit of tea ceremony embodies the ideological, artistic and value orientation of tea culture. From the practical point of view, the spirit of tea ceremony not only has very good appreciation value, but also has the excellent value idea, which is helpful to enhance the humanistic accomplishment, moral standard and value pursuit of college students. Starting from the essence of tea ceremony, this paper tries to discuss the fusion of the two by analyzing their consonance with the spirit of Chinese traditional sports culture.
