SWOT理论视角下山西省高校篮球运动的分析及对策研究

【摘要】：当前山西省高校篮球发展机遇与危机并存,优势与困难同在。近几年来,山西高校篮球的发展方面取得了一些成绩,出台了一系列相关政策,培养了一批篮球教练员,但目前山西省大学生篮球运动的发展仍存在一些问题,不利于山西省高校篮球运动的更好发展。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对山西省高校篮球运动的发展进行分析,对外部环境和内部因素分别进行分析其优势和劣势、机遇和威胁,并根据SWOT分析法提出应对策略,为以后参与该方面的研究者提供理论参考与借鉴。总体而言,通过对山西省大学生及篮球老师、教练发放问卷、访谈,收集当前山西省大学生篮球运动的现状,运用管理学理论中的SWOT分析法对该现状进行分析,并提出相应的对策,为相关部门制定政策提供理论依据,从而促进山西省大学生篮球运动的更好发展。依据本文的研究对象以及研究目的,体育科学研究方法和社会学调查问卷设计的具体要求,经过与相关专家和学者的深入探讨和论证问卷设计的内容,征询了专家和导师的意见,设计了“山西省高校篮球运动现状”问卷。问卷主要分为“教师问卷”和“学生问卷”两类,并在山西省四所高校展开问卷调查,收回有效问卷并进行统计分析,为本研究的开展提供数据资料支撑。本文的主要任务在于:一是通过对山西省高校篮球运动的现状进行SWOT分析,明确山西省高校篮球运动发展的内在优势与不足和外在机遇与挑战;二是针对山西省高校篮球运动的发展现状,提出山西省高校篮球运动的发展策略。随着山西省城市化进程的不断加快,树立全新的体育理念,以创建国家篮球城市为契机,将高校作为篮球运动爱好者培养的主阵地,充分挖掘现有的篮球资源,对于山西省的发展和太原等城市形象的建设是十分有益的。因此,山西省高校篮球运用在未来发展过程中,要结合实际,抢抓发展机遇,扩大优势,弥补不足,全面提升全省高校篮球运动水平。
[Abstract]:At present, the development opportunity and crisis of college basketball in Shanxi province coexist, and the advantages and difficulties coexist. In recent years, some achievements have been made in the development of college basketball in Shanxi Province, a series of related policies have been issued and a number of basketball coaches have been trained. However, there are still some problems in the development of basketball for college students in Shanxi Province. It is unfavorable to the better development of college basketball in Shanxi province. This paper analyzes the development of basketball in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province by means of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, respectively, in terms of external environment and internal factors. According to the SWOT analysis, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies to provide theoretical reference and reference for the researchers involved in this field in the future. In general, the present situation of college basketball in Shanxi Province is collected by issuing questionnaires and interviews to college students, basketball teachers and coaches, and the present situation is analyzed by using the SWOT analysis method of management theory. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide theoretical basis for relevant departments to formulate policies so as to promote the better development of college students' basketball in Shanxi Province. According to the research object and purpose of this paper, the specific requirements of the research method of sports science and the design of sociological questionnaire, the contents of the questionnaire design are discussed and demonstrated in depth with relevant experts and scholars. After consulting experts and mentors, a questionnaire was designed for the present situation of basketball in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. The questionnaire is divided into two categories: teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire. The questionnaires are carried out in four universities in Shanxi province, and the valid questionnaires are collected and analyzed, which provides the data support for the research. The main tasks of this paper are as follows: first, through the SWOT analysis of the current situation of college basketball in Shanxi Province, it is clear that the internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and challenges of the development of college basketball in Shanxi Province; Second, according to the present situation of college basketball in Shanxi province, the development strategy of college basketball in Shanxi province is put forward. With the development of urbanization in Shanxi Province, we should set up a new concept of sports, take the creation of national basketball city as the turning point, take colleges and universities as the main position for basketball enthusiasts to cultivate, and fully tap the existing basketball resources. For the development of Shanxi Province and Taiyuan City image construction is very useful. Therefore, in the process of future development of college basketball in Shanxi Province, we should combine the reality, seize the opportunity of development, expand the advantage, make up for the deficiency, and promote the basketball level of the whole province in an all-round way.
