分层与协作教学模式在普通高校篮球选修课中的实验研究

【摘要】:篮球文化在国内的迅速传播,使得篮球运动在我国影响力也随之增大,篮球运动在我国已经成为一项开展较为普及的运动,是我国高校组织体育教学、开展体育锻炼运用最广泛的运动项目之一,得到了许多师生的认可。长期以来普通高校体育教学多半懫用传统的讲解示范教学方法对学生进行灌输式教学,受这些传统教学思想的影响教师不重视教学方法创新,不能依据学生实际情况进行教学设计,忽视了学生的个性心理差异,不能适应每个同学的学习需要,学生大多进行被动式学习难以有很高的学习兴趣,在很多方面制约着学生的全面发展,影响教学效果。本人将“分层与协作教学模式”运用于篮球教学中,主要采用教学实验法,从大同大学体育教育系两个成绩相近的班各随机抽取20名男同学和10名女同学组成实验组和对照组,分别运用分层与协作教学模式和传统教学法进行篮球选修课教学,两组教学内容完全一致,从学生的术科成绩和理论成绩、身体素质、学习兴趣和协作意识等几个方面,分析该教学法的实际教学效果,验证在普通高校实施“分层与协作教学模式”的可行性与优势,希望可以为普通高校篮球选修课教学方法的创新提供一些新的思考,为同类课程教学方法的创新也能给予一些参考和帮助。实验结果分析表明:1、实验后通过实验组和对照组教学成绩分析可知,两个组在术科和理论成绩方面都有明显差异,分层与协作教学模式相比传统教学法教学效果更为显著。2、实验后分别采用两种不同教学方法进行学习的学生各项身体素质都有一定提升,但两组学生测试结果没有显著性差异,所以两种教学法对学生身体素质的提升都没有明显影响。3、分层与协作教学模式运用于篮球选修课教学中可以有效提高学生学习兴趣和协作意识,从而营造出良好的教学氛围,调动学生学习积极性和主动性,培养同学之间相互协作、相互帮助的团队精神,有助于提升教师教学质量和课堂教学效果。4、分层与协作教学模式相比传统教学法有一定的优势。分层与协作教学模式符合因材施教的教学原则,依据学生实际情况进行层次划分,通过层次内部以及不同层次之间的协作学习,让每位同学都有良好的学习体验,创建良好学习氛围,提升学生学习兴趣,从而达到提升教学效果的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid spread of basketball culture in China, the influence of basketball in our country has also increased. Basketball has become a popular sport in our country, and it is the organization of physical education teaching in colleges and universities of our country. Physical exercise is one of the most widely used sports and has been recognized by many teachers and students. For a long time, physical education teaching in colleges and universities has used the traditional teaching method of explanation and demonstration to carry out the teaching of the students, but the teachers do not attach importance to the innovation of teaching methods under the influence of these traditional teaching ideas. We can't design the teaching according to the actual situation of the students, ignore the individual psychological differences of the students, can not adapt to the needs of each student, and it is difficult for the students to have a high interest in passive learning. In many ways, it restricts the overall development of students and affects the teaching effect. In this paper, the author applies "layered and cooperative teaching mode" to basketball teaching, mainly adopts teaching experiment method, and randomly selects 20 male students and 10 female students from two classes with similar results in physical education department of Datong University to form the experimental group and the control group. The teaching contents of the two groups are identical, from the aspects of students' technical and theoretical achievements, physical quality, interest in learning and consciousness of cooperation, respectively, using the layered and cooperative teaching mode and the traditional teaching method to carry out basketball elective course teaching. This paper analyzes the actual teaching effect of this teaching method, verifies the feasibility and advantage of implementing "layered and cooperative teaching mode" in ordinary colleges and universities, and hopes to provide some new thinking for the innovation of teaching method of basketball elective course in ordinary colleges and universities. It can also provide some reference and help for the innovation of teaching methods of similar courses. The analysis of the experimental results shows that, after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group have obvious differences in both the technical and theoretical scores through the analysis of the teaching results of the experimental group and the control group. Compared with the traditional teaching method, the teaching effect of stratified and cooperative teaching model is more remarkable. After the experiment, the students who use two different teaching methods to learn each kind of physical quality have some improvement, but the two groups of students test results have no significant difference. Therefore, the two teaching methods have no obvious influence on the improvement of students' physical quality. The application of stratified and cooperative teaching mode in basketball elective course teaching can effectively improve students' interest in learning and awareness of cooperation, thus creating a good teaching atmosphere. Arousing students' enthusiasm and initiative, cultivating the team spirit of mutual cooperation and helping each other among students will help to improve teachers' teaching quality and classroom teaching effect .4. the layered teaching mode has some advantages over the traditional teaching method. The hierarchical and cooperative teaching mode accords with the teaching principle of teaching according to students' aptitude. According to the actual situation of students, it can be divided into different levels, and each student will have a good learning experience through the cooperative learning within and between different levels. Create a good learning atmosphere, enhance students' interest in learning, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect.
