上海市太极瑜伽健身活动的发展现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的快速发展,物质生活达到了一定程度,人们开始更多关注生命质量和身体健康。运动是良医,体育锻炼能够增强体质、增进健康已经是不争的事实。选择哪一种健身方式才能更适合?答案不一而论。太极拳是我国古老的健身养生、强身御敌之术。印度瑜伽有着悠久的发展历史,对人的身心修炼具有卓越功效。太极瑜伽是近些年逐渐兴起的新型健身内容,其综合了太极和瑜伽优秀的技术内容和理论成果,在练习形式和健身功效上具有突出表现,受到社会大众越来越多的关注和认可。本研究以上海市8大中心城区的太极瑜伽练习者、教练员和太极瑜伽场馆经营者为调查对象,调查太极瑜伽在上海市开展的基本状况,论述太极瑜伽的健身功效,并提出发展策略。研究结论有:(1)上海市太极瑜伽练习者主要以中青年女性,且具有高学历、中高收入的稳定或自由职业类型群体为主。大都具有1—2年的太极瑜伽练习经历,基本上形成了每天进行一小时左右锻炼的良好习惯,通常会选择下班之后,在专门性的场馆进行练习。(2)人们练习太极瑜伽主要是为了健身塑形、预防疾病,拥有健康。而在影响正常练习的因素方面,客观上是工作忙、没有时间;主观上则是生理惰性、偷懒以及动作学习慢担心被嘲笑等。练习者对学习的内容、教练员的教学以及对场馆条件和个人的学习收获方面都有着客观满意的评价,学习场馆的选择主要考虑因素是场馆所在地理位置及交通便利程度。(3)上海市太极瑜伽教练群体中主要是从业在3—5年,专职型女性为主。正是对太极瑜伽无限的兴趣和热爱,促使他们选择了这份职业,并对行业的发展前景充满了希望和期待。太极瑜伽教练核心的素养是专业技能水平,以及运用转换技能解决教学中重难点的能力。职业技能的获取主要来自于专门的社会培训机构,他们很渴望并重视技能水平的学习提高。(4)场馆经营者以市场为导向,关注商业发展利益。但在一定程度上也在推动着太极瑜伽的兴起和发展。并提出发展建议:(1)通过多种形式加大对太极瑜伽的宣传力度,增加社会认知度,让太极瑜伽的健康作用深入人心,培养人们的参与意识和健身需求。同时,要组织成立协会、委员会等自管理机构。继而统一内容,规范动作,提升专业化,形成系统化的教学内容。(2)倡导细化健身功效,形成功能化太极瑜伽发展模式,让健身功效得到普遍认可,促进太极瑜伽良好可持续发展。还要建立教练员定点培训机构,强化行业准入资质及认证。形成培训学习、长效发展的培养机制。确保教练员队伍建设,更好服务于太极瑜伽的发展。(3)合理优化的经营者管理,提升行业竞争力。借用政策优势,顺应时代发展,创新发展方式。利用现代化的科技手段,改变太极瑜伽学习和传播的途径,满足互联网络、大屏时代的学习需求。通过网络直播或虚拟现实VR影像等方法,促进太极瑜伽的传播和发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, material life has reached a certain extent, people began to pay more attention to life quality and health. Exercise is a good doctor, physical exercise can strengthen physique, improve health is already an indisputable fact. Which way of fitness will you choose to be more appropriate? The answer is not as long as it is. Taijiquan is an ancient body-building health-preserving, body-building and anti-enemy technique in our country. India Yoga has a long history of development, and has remarkable effect on human body and mind cultivation. Taiji Yoga is a new kind of body-building content which has gradually emerged in recent years. It combines the excellent technical content and theoretical results of Taiji and Yoga, has outstanding performance in practice form and body-building function, and is paid more and more attention and recognition by the society. This study takes tai chi yoga practitioners, coaches and tai chi yoga venue operators in 8 major urban areas in shanghai to investigate the basic status of tai chi yoga in shanghai, discusses the body-building efficacy of tai chi yoga and puts forward the development strategies. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Shanghai Taiji Yoga practitioners are mainly young and middle-aged women, with high educational background, high-income stable or free occupational groups. Most of them have 1-2 years of tai chi yoga practice experience, basically form a good habit of carrying out an hour and right exercise every day, usually choose after work, practice at specialized venues. (2) People practicing Taiji Yoga are mainly used to shape and prevent diseases and have health. On the other hand, in the aspect of influencing the normal practice, objectively is the busy work, no time, the subjective is the physical inertia, the lazy and the action learning slow to be laughed and so on. The trainees have objective and satisfactory evaluation on the contents of learning, the teaching of coaches and the learning and harvest of venue conditions and individuals, and the selection of learning venues is mainly considered to be the geographical location of the venue and the degree of traffic convenience. (3) Shanghai Taiji Yoga instructor group is mainly engaged in 3-5 years, full-time female. It is the endless interest and love of tai chi yoga, which encourages them to choose the profession, and is full of hope and expectation for the development prospects of the industry. The quality of tai chi yoga instructor core is the professional skill level, and the ability to use the conversion skill to solve the difficult problem in teaching. The acquisition of vocational skills is mainly from specialized social training institutions, and they are eager to pay attention to the improvement of skill level. (4) The venue operators are guided by the market and pay close attention to the interests of business development. But to a certain extent also promotes the rise and development of tai chi yoga. and put forward the development suggestion: (1) through various forms, the propaganda of tai chi yoga is increased, the social cognition degree is increased, the health effect of the tai chi yoga is deeply rooted, and the participation consciousness and the fitness requirement of people are cultivated. At the same time, it is necessary to organize self-governing bodies such as associations and committees. Then unify the content, standardize the action, promote the specialization, and form the systematic teaching content. (2) advocate refinement of body-building efficacy, form functional tai chi yoga development mode, make the body-building efficacy universally accepted, and promote the good and sustainable development of tai chi yoga. In addition, coaches fixed-point training institutions should be set up to strengthen industry access qualification and certification. forming a training mechanism for training learning and long-term development. To ensure the team construction of coaches and better serve the development of Taiji Yoga. (3) Reasonable optimization of operator management and promotion of industry competitiveness. With the advantage of policy, we should follow the development of the times and innovate the way of development. By means of modern scientific and technological means, the way to learn and spread Taiji Yoga is changed so as to meet the learning needs of the Internet and the large-screen era. Through the method of network live broadcast or virtual reality VR image and so on, the propagation and development of Taiji Yoga are promoted.
