河北省高尔夫球场经营管理分析研究

【摘要】：随着我国健身休闲体育产业发展的不断向前推进,健身休闲服务体系正在一步步地走向更加完善。高尔夫运动作为一项集健康和时尚于一体的户外休闲体育运动,其在体育界的地位一直是不容小觑。2016年注定是不平凡的一年,时隔112年高尔夫球运动重新回归奥林匹克运动会,中国高尔夫球队不负众望,获得中国高尔夫运动历史上的首枚奥运奖牌,让人们又重新认识了这项优雅、高尚的体育运动项目。在我国第三产业特别是体育休闲服务业的发展中,发展潜力巨大的高尔夫产业占据重要的地位,而其中一直备受当今社会关注的高尔夫球场产业的热度是一直居高不下。通过查阅河北省23家高尔夫球场的资料,并实地考察的基础上,与问卷调查分析相结合,全面、综合地分析河北省高尔夫球场的基本情况,利用STEEPLED分析模型对其经营环境进行分析。其次,对河北省高尔夫球场的经营管理进行多方面的详细分析。之后,分析了河北省高尔夫球场的人力资源情况、运营管理和客户关系管理情况,并提出其在经营管理、人力资源管理、运营管理和客户关系管理四个方面中存在的问题。最后得出结论,并提出适合河北省高尔夫球场经营与发展的建议和意见,以期改善河北省高尔夫球场的经营状况,促进河北省高尔夫经济产业的快速、健康发展,并为我国其他省市的高尔夫发展提供借鉴。运用问卷调查法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、文献资料法等研究方法,并综合运用管理学、市场营销学相关学科理论,深入分析和研究河北省高尔夫球场经营管理的现状,得出如下结论:(1)河北省高尔夫球场经营环境优越;(2)河北省高尔夫球场组织与服务管理呈现规范化;(3)河北省高尔夫球场经营管理专业型人才需求量大;(4)河北省高尔夫球消费行为受球场服务质量影响;(5)河北省高尔夫球场发展前景广阔。根据河北省高尔夫球场经营管理中所存在的问题,并提出如下建议:(1)创新经营增长方式,建设现代生态化河北省高尔夫球场;(2)加快财务核算控制机制,建设数据信息管理系统;(3)为客户提供高质量的服务,完善服务质量体系的构建;(4)健全河北省高尔夫球场内部组织管理体系;(5)培养河北省高尔夫球场管理专业人才,提供精益求精服务;(6)合理利用河北省高尔夫球场政策扶持。
[Abstract]:With the development of fitness and leisure sports industry in China, the service system of fitness and leisure is becoming more perfect step by step. Golf, as an outdoor leisure sport that integrates health and fashion, has always played an important role in sports. 2016 is destined to be an extraordinary year, and after 112 years golf has returned to the Olympic Games. The Chinese Golf team has earned the first Olympic medal in the history of golf in China, giving people a fresh understanding of this elegant and noble sport. In the development of China's tertiary industry, especially the sports leisure service industry, the golf industry, which has great potential, occupies an important position, and the heat of golf course industry, which has been paid close attention to all the time, has been high all the time. By consulting the data of 23 golf courses in Hebei Province, and on the basis of on-the-spot investigation, combining with the questionnaire survey, the basic situation of golf courses in Hebei Province is analyzed comprehensively and synthetically. STEEPLED analysis model is used to analyze its business environment. Secondly, the operation and management of golf courses in Hebei Province are analyzed in detail. After that, the paper analyzes the human resource situation, operation management and customer relationship management of golf course in Hebei Province, and puts forward the problems in four aspects: management, human resource management, operation management and customer relationship management. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions suitable for the management and development of golf courses in Hebei Province, in order to improve the operating conditions of golf courses in Hebei Province and promote the rapid and healthy development of the golf economic industry in Hebei Province. And for other provinces and cities in China to provide reference for the development of golf. By using the methods of questionnaire, field investigation, expert interview, literature and other research methods, and using the theories of management and marketing related disciplines, the present situation of golf course management and management in Hebei Province is analyzed and studied in depth. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the environment of golf course management in Hebei Province is superior; (2) the organization and service management of golf course in Hebei Province is standardized; (3) the demand for professional talents of golf course management in Hebei Province is great; (4) the demand for professional talents of golf course management in Hebei Province is large; The consumption behavior of golf ball is affected by the service quality of the golf course. According to the problems existing in the operation and management of golf courses in Hebei Province, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) innovating the mode of management and growth, constructing modern ecological golf courses in Hebei Province, (2) speeding up the financial accounting control mechanism, Build data information management system; (3) provide high quality service for customers, perfect the construction of service quality system; (4) improve the internal organization and management system of golf course in Hebei province; (5) train golf course management professionals in Hebei province, To provide excellence services; (6) reasonable use of golf courses in Hebei Province policy support.
