女大学生核心力量水平与体质健康水平的相关性研究

【摘要】:研究目的:近几年,核心力量在竞技体育与康复领域中受到广泛关注,提高核心肌群力量水平是体能训练专家与教练训练的主要目标之一。但关于核心力量的研究处于初级探索阶段,并未形成系统的研究理论与评价方案,并且核心力量训练常见于专业运动员,对学校体育与群众体育的研究相对较少,缺乏数据与量化的支撑,针对大学生核心力量与体质健康水平的研究更为缺乏。核心肌力能够稳定人体重心部位,传递上下肢力量,在各项身体运动中都发挥着重要的作用。体质健康水平测试是学校教育评价体系的重要构成部分,也是促进学生积极锻炼以提高体质健康水平的重要手段,但研究发现大学生体质健康水平呈逐步下降趋势,女生较为明显。本研究试图通过测定女大学生的核心力量水平与体质健康水平,提供相关的数据并加以分析,探讨核心力量与体质健康水平的关联程度,以核心力量各指标分别为自变量,体质总分为因变量,做回归方程式以对体质健康水平做出预测,进一步揭示两变量之间的数量关系,分析整体回归模型,判断影响体质健康水平的敏感指标。研究方法:本文采用文献资料法完成基本理论研究,明确核心力量概念、特点、训练方法及其评价方法,理清核心力量与体质健康水平各项测试指标之间的内在联系。列出多种核心力量测试方法,通过专家访谈与问卷调查,确定核心力量评价测试指标。测试对象选取南京师范大学中北学院女生246名,大一学生121名,大二学生125名。根据《国家学生体质健康测试标准(2014年修订)》规定,采用身高、体重、肺活量、坐位体前屈、立定跳远、50米跑、仰卧起坐与800米8项指标测试其体质健康水平,采用八级俯桥、分级背桥、仰卧两头起、侧卧两头起、后抛实心球、侧抛实心球六项指标测试核心力量水平。运用独立样本T检验、Spearman等级相关、多元回归等统计方法分析女大学生核心力量水平与体质健康水平之间的相关程度,建立两变量之间的函数模型,揭示两变量之间的函数关系。研究结论:两个年级学生之间的核心力量水平与体质健康水平的差异均不明显;核心力量指标与体质健康指标之间大多存在相关关系,与八级俯桥相关的是仰卧起坐、50米、800米、肺活量和BMI,与分级背桥相关的是50米、仰卧起坐、800米、肺活量和立定跳远。与仰卧两头起相关的是仰卧起坐、50米、800米、肺活量、立定跳远和坐位体前屈,与左侧卧两头起和右侧卧两头起相关的都是仰卧起坐、50米、800米、BMI和立定跳远。与后抛实心球相关的是立定跳远、坐位体前屈、800米、50米、仰卧起坐,与左侧抛实心球相关的是坐位体前屈、800米、50米和立定跳远,与右侧抛实心球相关的是坐位体前屈、50米和仰卧起坐,但上述相关多属于中低度相关,首先这可能与测试对象的个体差异和测试态度有关,其次体质健康水平的高低,不仅是由核心力量水平的大小决定,而是受多种因素的交互作用的影响;核心稳定性力量指标预测模型优于核心力量耐力和核心爆发力指标预测模型;八级俯桥、分级背桥、仰卧两头起与后抛实心球是影响体质健康水平的敏感指标,对体质健康水平总分的贡献程度同样大,标准化系数beta值都为0.2,且四项指标显著性水平小于0.05,具有统计学意义。
[Abstract]:Research purposes: In recent years, the core strength has been widely paid attention in the field of competitive sports and rehabilitation, and the strength of the core muscle group is one of the main goals of body training expert and coach training. But the research on the core power is at the primary stage of exploration, it does not form the research theory and evaluation scheme of the system, and the core strength training is common in professional athletes, the study of school sports and mass sports is relatively few, lack of data and quantitative support, The research on the core strength and health level of college students is lacking. The core muscle strength can stabilize the center of gravity of the human body, transmit the strength of upper limbs, and play an important role in various body movements. Physical fitness level test is an important component of the school education evaluation system. It is also an important means to promote students' active exercise to improve the physical fitness level. However, the study shows that the physical health level of college students is gradually decreasing, and the female students are more obvious. This study attempts to provide relevant data and analyze the relationship between core strength and physical fitness level by measuring the core strength level and physical fitness level of female college students. The regression equation is used to predict the physique health level, the quantitative relation between the two variables is further revealed, the overall regression model is analyzed, and the sensitive index influencing the health level of the physique is judged. Research methods: This article uses the literature method to complete the basic theory research, definite the core strength concept, the characteristic, the training method and the evaluation method, sort out the inner link between the core strength and the test index of the physique health level. A variety of core strength test methods are listed, and the core strength evaluation test index is determined through expert interview and questionnaire survey. The test subjects selected 246 female students from the North College of Nanjing Normal University, 121 students and 125 large-size students. According to the National Students' Physique Health Testing Standard (2014 Revision)> Provisions, the body's health level is tested by height, weight, vital capacity, pre-sitting flexion, standing long jump, 50-meter running, sit-up and 800-meter 8-item index. The core strength level is tested by six indexes of the side-throwing solid-core ball and the side-throwing solid-core ball. Using independent sample T test, Spearman rank correlation, multiple regression and other statistical methods, the correlation degree between female college students' core strength level and physical fitness level was analyzed, and the function model between the two variables was established to reveal the functional relationship between the two variables. Conclusion: There is no obvious difference between the level of the core strength and the physical fitness level between the two grade students. The relationship between the core strength index and the physical fitness index is related. The correlation between the core strength index and the physical fitness index is sit-ups, 50 meters, 800 meters, vital capacity and BMI. First, this may be related to the individual difference and the test attitude of the test object. Secondly, the level of physical fitness is not only determined by the size of the level of the core strength but by the interaction of many factors. The prediction model of the core stability strength index is superior to the prediction model of the core strength endurance and the core explosive force index, The normalized coefficient beta was 0. 2, and the significance level of the four indexes was less than 0.05, which had statistical significance.
