欧洲足球经纪人职能演变历程研究

【摘要】：体育产业作为我国新的国民经济增长点,在2014年国务院46号文件颁布之后更加成为整个国民投资和发展的新方向。然而我国的体育产业发展存在着结构上的问题,其中体育经纪人作为中介市场的主体其职能的不足和缺位成为了阻碍我国体育产业健康发展的重要因素之一。欧洲作为现代体育经纪活动的发源地,得益于其体育发展的高度职业化和商业化,尤其是职业足球的迅猛发展,围绕足球展开经纪活动也形成了成熟的体系,足球经纪人在体育中介市场中发挥了举足轻重的作用。因此针对欧洲足球经纪人职能演变历程的研究有助于丰富我国关于欧洲足球经纪人的相关研究,同时对我国足球经纪人行业发展提出相关的指导建议。本文通过文献资料法、案例分析法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法针对欧洲足球经纪人的职能演变历程进行了分析研究。研究过程中通过对欧洲足球经纪人整个发展历程的研究梳理出其所具有的主要职能,进而根据这些职能所处的不同阶段得出欧洲足球经纪人的职能演变历程,同时从价值工程和信息不对称理论角度针对欧洲足球经纪人职能演变产生影响的因素进行分析,对欧洲足球经纪人职能未来演变趋势做出预估,并对我国足球经纪人的发展提出相关建议。得出的主要结论有:第一,欧洲足球经纪人根据其所处市场范围的不同经历了三个不同发展阶段,从欧洲个别国家的起步萌芽发展为全球认可的规范化职业;第二,足球经纪人的职能伴随着经纪人的发展而不断的演变,演变过程中每个阶段都会在保留上一个发展阶段所具有职能的基础上有所增加,处在欧洲整个足球市场时发展势头最为迅猛,同时围绕球员本身所展开的职能不断增多;第三,对欧洲足球经纪人职能演变产生影响的主要因素包括欧洲足球产业发展水平、球员转会制度、球员组织的发展、国际球员市场的发展、相关管理机制和政策法规等。第四,未成年潜力球员的开发和保护将成为经纪人重点加强的职能之一,同时未来欧洲足球经纪人的职能将更加多元化,个性化。对我国足球经纪人发展的建议有:第一,积极推进球员工会的建立,不断增强球员议价和自我保护能力,进而增强足球经纪人的影响力。第二,相关主管部门要应对国际形势进行变革,规范球员转会的代理活动,促进中国职业足球的健康发展。第三,加强与国外优势经纪人或团队的交流合作,积极引入欧洲先进人才和管理模式,促进中国足球经纪人行业的发展。
[Abstract]:As a new growth point of national economy, sports industry has become a new direction of national investment and development since the promulgation of document No. 46 of the State Council in 2014. However, there are structural problems in the development of sports industry in China, in which sports broker as the main body of the intermediary market has become one of the important factors hindering the healthy development of sports industry. Europe, as the birthplace of modern sports brokerage activities, benefited from its highly professional and commercialized sports development, especially the rapid development of professional football. The football broker has played an important role in the sports intermediary market. Therefore, the study on the evolution of European football broker function will help to enrich the relevant research on European football agent in China, and at the same time, put forward relevant guidance and suggestions for the development of football broker industry in China. Based on the methods of literature, case analysis, logic analysis and expert interview, this paper makes an analysis and research on the evolution of European football agents' functions. In the course of the study, through the study of the whole development process of European football agents, the main functions of European football agents are sorted out, and then according to the different stages of these functions, the evolution process of European football agents' functions is obtained. At the same time, from the view of value engineering and information asymmetry theory, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the evolution of European football broker's function, and forecasts the future evolution trend of European football agent's function. And to our country football broker's development puts forward the related proposal. The main conclusions are as follows: first, European football brokers have gone through three different stages of development according to their market scope, from the beginning of individual European countries to a globally recognized standardized profession; second, The function of the football broker evolves with the development of the agent, and every stage of the evolution increases on the basis of retaining the function of the previous stage of development. In the European football market, the most rapid development momentum, at the same time around the players themselves began to expand the functions; third, the main factors that affect the evolution of the European football broker function include the level of European football industry development. Player transfer system, player organization development, international player market development, relevant management mechanisms and policies and regulations. Fourth, the development and protection of underage potential players will become one of the key functions of agents, while the future European football agents will be more diversified and personalized. The suggestions for the development of football agents in China are as follows: first, to actively promote the establishment of the players' union, to strengthen the bargaining and self-protection ability of the players, and then to enhance the influence of the football agents. Second, the relevant authorities should reform the international situation, regulate the agent activities of players transfer, and promote the healthy development of Chinese professional football. Third, we should strengthen the exchange and cooperation with foreign superior brokers or teams, actively introduce advanced European talents and management models, and promote the development of Chinese football brokers.
