甘肃省普通高校体育教育专业体操专选课程教学内容现状研究

【摘要】:国务院有关进一步推动教育深化改革及推进素质教育的决定,强调全面加强素质教育,是我国为加快实施科教兴国这一战略所作出的重大决策部署。拥有一支高素质的教师队伍,将保证素质教育推进过程的有效进行。依据教育深化改革的要求,在全国范围启动基础教育改革,其中中小学体育课程也紧密围绕改革要求进行了前所未有的革新,设立了新的体育教学目标及课程标准,这将给每位体育工作者带来全新挑战,也给大中院校培养高素质的人才带来了契机。各高校体育教育院系是培养体育人才的摇篮,要适时依据社会对体育人才的需求与时俱进调整和改革教育教学目标。其中,体操将是我国体育教育改革的重点开展的运动项目之一。高校体育教育专业体操专选课肩负着培养体操人才的重任,体操专选毕业生所掌握的体操知识和技能,直接影响着中小学体操教学的实施。本文将甘肃民族师范学院、西北民族大学、陇东学院、天水师范学院、河西学院、兰州城市学院、西北师范大学七所高校的体育院系专业体操教师和学主及甘肃省部分中小学校的体育从业人员作为调查对象,运用了一系列研究方法,诸如文献资料法、数据统计法、调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,针对甘肃省普通高校体育教育专业体操的专选教学内容现状进行了分析,探究体育教育专业学生体操专选课程内容的影响因素,并针对时弊提出对应措施和建议,并将其作为我省高校体育教育专业体操专选教学发展的有利参考。研究结果如下:1)83个学时的体操教学专选课程,与中学教材所要求的技术动作在数量、质量和难度上,都有较大差距。课时设置与教学内容设置不协调,导致了课程教学内容不能使学生有效的掌握动作技术要领。2)“供非所需、需而不供”是当前我省体操教育教学内容设置与社会需求及学生需求内容之问的主要矛盾,体操教学内容课时不足,而教学内容相对繁多,再加上侧重竞技,忽略了基础,是造成这一矛盾的根本原因。3)体育教育专业体操课程的培养目标必须与体育教育专业的培养目标相一致,拓展拓宽原有教学培养的目标口径,把单一的培养中小学体育教师的培养目标转向培养具有知识面宽广和综合能力强的一专多能的复合型人才的总目标。4)导致当前体操教学所凸显的各类问题是由单一的、片面的教学评价体系造成的。5)结合改革方向将体操专选课程资源优化整合,开设独立基本体操专选课程,是体育教育专业进行体操课程改革具有现实可行意义的实施方案。对以上结果而提出以下建议:1)应适当增加课时量,精简教学内容。2)建立有效的校本体操课程,把体操专选课程内容符合社会实际需求作为出发点,更好的做到培养中学体育师资力量,以实现指导社会体育工作的客观需求。3)进一步强调对体育教育专业体操专选课程从侧重“竞技性”内容的研究向“软化”方向发展,体现体操类运动本身具有的大众娱乐性、健身性、趣味性的特质。4)在教学评价中,应以教师和学生相互评价为主。以教师评价为主角的评价模式不适合教学的要求,并与现代教学理念不相符。5)将基本体操与竞技体操分立门户,单独设课,可以使得教师更有精力钻研教材、教法的深度及力度,进一步提高教学质量,使得学生完整地、系统地学习。
[Abstract]:The State Council's decision to further promote the reform of education and promote quality education emphasizes the importance of strengthening quality education in an all-round way, and is a major decision-making deployment of our country to accelerate the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education. With a contingent of high-quality teachers, it will ensure the effective implementation of quality-oriented education. On the basis of the requirement of deepening reform of education, starting elementary education reform in the whole country, in which the primary and middle school physical education curriculum is also closely related to the reform request, and the new sports teaching target and curriculum standard are set up, which will bring new challenges to every sport worker. It also brings the opportunity to train high-quality talents in large colleges and universities. Physical education departments of colleges and universities are the cradle of training sports talents, and timely adjust and reform the educational teaching target according to the needs of the society to the sports talents. Among them, gymnastics will be one of the major sports projects in China's physical education reform. The physical education of physical education in colleges and universities has the heavy responsibility to train gymnastics talents, and the gymnastics knowledge and skills acquired by the graduates of gymnastics directly affect the practice of gymnastics teaching in primary and middle schools. In this paper, Gansu National Normal University, Northwest University of Nationalities, Longdong College, Tianshui Normal University, Xiamen University, Lanzhou City College, As an object of investigation, a series of research methods, such as documentation method, data analysis method, investigation method, logic analysis method and so on, are used as the survey object. This paper analyzes the present situation of the course content of physical gymnastics of physical education in colleges and universities in Gansu Province, and probes into the influencing factors of the course contents of physical education specialty students in physical education majors, and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions aiming at the advantages and disadvantages. It also serves as an advantageous reference for the teaching development of physical education of physical education in colleges and universities in our province. The results of the study are as follows: 1) There is a great difference in the quantity, quality and difficulty of the technical actions required by the teaching materials of the middle school. The teaching content of the course is not coordinated with the setting of the teaching content, which leads to the fact that the course content can't make the students master the technical essentials effectively.
