饮茶与有氧运动相结合对高校学生身体素质的影响分析

【摘要】:本文首先对当前将饮茶引入高校有氧运动的必要性进行了简要阐述,并就饮茶与有氧运动的几种结合方式进行了具体分析,然后在此基础上就饮茶与有氧运动相结合对高校学生身体素质的主要影响进行了说明。当前将饮茶引入高校有氧运动的必要性体现在这样几个方面:一是物质功效上适当饮茶可以为人体机能补充微量元素;二是交际功能上可以拓展大学生的体育交际能力;三是精神功能上可以为大学生的修身养性提供重要的文化源泉。饮茶与有氧运动的几种结合方式主要包括:有氧运动全过程的饮茶实践、有氧运动组织过程中饮茶风俗文化礼仪的引入等。饮茶与有氧运动相结合对高校学生身体素质的主要影响在于:适当饮茶有助于显著地提高大学生的身体素质;饮茶有助于提高学生的耐力素质;饮茶有助于为有氧运动提供长期的基础补充。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the necessity of introducing tea drinking into aerobic exercise in colleges and universities is briefly expounded, and several ways of combining tea drinking and aerobic exercise are analyzed in detail. On the basis of this, the main effect of tea drinking and aerobic exercise on college students' physical quality is explained. At present, the necessity of introducing tea drinking into aerobic exercise in colleges and universities is reflected in the following aspects: first, proper tea drinking can supplement trace elements for human body function in material effect; second, it can expand college students' sports communicative ability in communicative function; Third, spiritual function can provide an important cultural source for college students 'self-cultivation. The combination of tea drinking and aerobic exercise mainly includes: the practice of drinking tea in the whole process of aerobic exercise, the introduction of tea drinking customs and manners in the process of aerobic exercise organization, etc. The main effects of tea drinking and aerobic exercise on college students' physical quality are as follows: proper tea drinking can significantly improve college students' physical quality, tea drinking can improve students' endurance quality; Tea drinking helps to provide a long-term foundation for aerobic exercise.
