固定线路步法组合教学法在体育院系网球专选班的教学实验研究

【摘要】:随着网球运动的快速发展,逐渐成为大学生们所热爱的隔网对抗型体育运动项目。但由于网球教学学时有限,如何在有限的学时教学中使学生尽快掌握基本技术是目前网球教学中亟需解决的问题。因此,研究新的教学方法,促进网球教学改革,对提高网球教学质量将有重要积极意义。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、实验法等研究方法,将固定线路步法组合教学法引入体育院系的网球专选课中,选定湖南人文科技学院大三网球2个专选班学生为实验对象,分成实验班和对照班,各班均为16人(全部为男生),进行教学实验前两班的网球技术水平无显著性差异。实验班采用固定线路步法组合教学法,对照班采用传统教学方法,进行为期32学时的教学实验。通过对结果进行分析发现:固定线路步法组合教学法是一种结合实战的教学方法,并且符合形成运动技能的过程及其发展;固定线路步法组合教学法主要应用于开发学生的反应、步法移动和调整能力以及各技术间协调能力;固定线路步法组合教学法与传统多球教学法核心区别是练习过程中连贯的线路、技术组合练习,学生在练习中把握各项技术动作、步法之间的衔接。教学结果表明,固定线路步法组合教学法在击球落点准确度、球速以及技术动作方面比传统多球更加有效;固定线路步法组合教学法更有利于培养学生的学习主体性、加强学生学习积极性和团队协作能力。通过在体育院系网球专选班的固定线路步法组合教学实验,得出以下结论:1.固定线路步法组合教学更有利于培养学生的学习主体性。2.固定线路步法组合教学在教学过程中增加了学生的击球环节,能较好的培养学生的注意力、对来球的分析处理能力。3.固定线路步法组合教学对学生正反手击球落点、截击球落点、发球落点的准确度、步法移动能力、各技术间协调能力、以及技术动作均有明显的提升,且相比传统的教学方法更为有效。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tennis, it has gradually become a kind of net-separating antagonistic sport which is loved by college students. However, due to the limited hours of tennis teaching, how to make students master the basic technology as soon as possible is an urgent problem in tennis teaching. Therefore, the study of new teaching methods and the promotion of tennis teaching reform will be of great significance to the improvement of tennis teaching quality. In this paper, using the methods of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, experiment and so on, the combined teaching method of fixed line footwork is introduced into the tennis special course of physical education department. The students of two special classes of junior tennis in Hunan Institute of Humanities and Science and Technology were selected as experimental objects, which were divided into experimental class and control class with 16 students (all boys) in each class. There was no significant difference in tennis skill level between the two classes before the teaching experiment. The experimental class adopts the combination teaching method of fixed line step and the control class adopts the traditional teaching method to carry on the teaching experiment for 32 hours. Through the analysis of the results, it is found that the combination teaching method of fixed line footwork is a kind of teaching method combined with actual combat, and accords with the process of forming motor skills and its development; The combination teaching method of fixed line footwork is mainly used to develop students' reaction, footwork movement and adjustment ability and the ability of coordination among different technologies. The core difference between the fixed line gait combined teaching method and the traditional multi-ball teaching method is the coherent line in the course of practice, the technical combination exercise, the students' grasping each technical action in the practice, and the connection between the footwork. The teaching results show that the combined teaching method of fixed line footwork is more effective than the traditional multi-ball teaching method in hitting accuracy, ball speed and technical action. The combination teaching method of fixed line footwork is more helpful to cultivate students' learning subjectivity and strengthen students' learning enthusiasm and team cooperation ability. The following conclusions are drawn through the teaching experiment of the fixed line footwork combination in the tennis class selection in the physical education department: 1. Fixed line gait combination teaching is more conducive to the cultivation of students' learning subjectivity. 2. In the course of teaching, the combination teaching of fixed line footwork can increase the students' batting links, train the students' attention and analyze and deal with the ball. 3. The fixed line gait combination teaching can improve the accuracy of forward and backhand batting, volley and serve, the ability of footwork movement, the ability of coordination among different techniques, and the technical action. And compared with the traditional teaching method is more effective.
