新就业形势下体育教育专业学生综合素质评价体系的研究

【摘要】：随着我国高等教育大众化和教育体制的深化改革,社会对毕业生的要求愈来愈高,体育教育专业学生的就业压力日益增加,为了响应国务院强化学校体育评价监测的意见、适应社会对体育人才的新要求、争取提高体育教育专业学生就业率,本文在前期评价体系的基础上,结合社会对体育人才的需求,构建新就业形势下体育教育专业学生综合素质评价体系,旨在以评促学,以评导学,使学生有针对性的完善自己的知识结构,提高自身的综合素质,最大化的满足社会及用人单位对人才的聘用条件。采用文献资料法、特尔菲法、专家调查法、层次分析法、数理统计法等方法,并结合新就业形势的特点,对体育教育专业学生综合素质做了全面分析,遵循全面性、科学性、客观性、可操作性、导向性、教育性原则,对新就业形势下体育教育专业学生综合素质评价体系进行了全方位剖析,根据研究需要,对获得的原始数据利用Excel2003软件,管理运筹学2.0软件进行了必要的处理。得出结论如下:(1)新就业形势下,用人单位聘用人才的指标体系更加完善,除了以往只注重的毕业生的学历和专业素质外,目前毕业生的团队协作能力,创新精神,决策能力和发展潜力也是用人单位考核的重点内容。(2)构建了包括4个一级指标,10个二级指标和32个三级指标及各指标权重的新就业形势下体育教育专业学生综合素质评价体系,该评价体系对体育教育专业学生今后的学习起着风向标的作用。(3)专家对5名体育教育专业学生综合素质的主观评分和利用评价体系的评分结果相差不大,说明该评价体系是科学、客观的,能为其它行业构建不同的评价体系提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education and the deepening reform of the educational system in our country, the social requirements for graduates are becoming higher and higher, and the employment pressure of the students majoring in physical education is increasing day by day. In order to respond to the opinions of the State Council on strengthening the evaluation and monitoring of school physical education, In order to improve the employment rate of students majoring in physical education and to meet the new demands of the society for sports talents, this paper, on the basis of the previous evaluation system, combined with the demand of the society for sports talents, The purpose of this paper is to construct a comprehensive quality evaluation system for students majoring in physical education under the new employment situation in order to improve their knowledge structure and improve their comprehensive quality by means of evaluation and guidance. To maximize the satisfaction of the social and employing units of talent employment conditions. By using the methods of literature, Delphi, expert investigation, analytic hierarchy process, mathematical statistics, and combining with the characteristics of the new employment situation, the comprehensive quality of students majoring in physical education has been comprehensively analyzed and followed comprehensively and scientifically. Based on the objective, operational, guiding and educational principles, the comprehensive quality evaluation system of physical education students under the new employment situation is analyzed in all directions. According to the need of research, the Excel2003 software is used to obtain the original data. The management operations research 2.0 software has carried on the necessary processing. The conclusions are as follows: (1) under the new employment situation, the index system of employing talents is more perfect. In addition to the academic and professional quality of the graduates, the current graduates' team cooperation ability and innovation spirit, Decision making ability and development potential are also the key contents of employer assessment. (2) four first-level indicators are constructed. The comprehensive quality evaluation system of physical education students under the new employment situation with 10 secondary indexes and 32 third-level indexes and weight of each index, The evaluation system plays a role of vane in the future study of physical education students. (3) there is no significant difference between the subjective score of 5 students' comprehensive quality and the result of using the evaluation system. It shows that the evaluation system is scientific and objective and can provide theoretical reference for other industries to construct different evaluation systems.
