组合式俯角斜板助跑道在跳远助跑起跳过程中的应用研究

【摘要】:田径运动是奥运会运动项目中金牌数量最多的项目,跳远是田径比赛中最精彩的项目之一,属于体能主导类力量亚类群的速度项目。优异的跳远成绩取决于良好的跳远专项体能与专项技术,科学有效的训练手段和方法是提高专项体能、改进专项技术的有效途径,也是提高跳远成绩的重要保障。本文将组合式俯角斜板助跑道应用于跳远助跑和起跳训练过程中,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、训练实验法、录像拍摄法、录像解析法、数理统计法等研究方法对跳远专项技术和能力的影响进行研究,探讨组合式俯角斜板助跑道应用于跳远专项训练中的训练效果,以弥补跳远专项训练器材创新的不足,提高跳远专项训练的科学性和有效性。研究结果表明:1.组合式俯角斜板助跑道是根据跳远项目和俯角斜板的特点,将俯角斜板进行创造性的组合,以此针对不同水平的运动员,而设计的类似下坡跑,使运动员在跳远助跑和起跳过程中既能改进技术又能有效提高专项能力的专项训练器材。组合式俯角斜板助跑道训练相对于传统的训练具有较大优势,体现在:训练器材简便经济、安全实效、方便组合、容易操作、使用灵活,效果显著,能达到丰富训练手段,提高运动员练习兴趣的目的。2.从4.3分析可以看出:专业组女运动员实验前后的跳远成绩经T检验,有显著性差异(P0.05);专业组男运动员实验前后的跳远成绩经T检验,有显著性差异(P0.05);实验组和对照组实验前的跳远成绩经T检验,没有显著性差异(P0.05),而实验组和对照组实验后的跳远成绩经T检验,差异具有非常显著性(P0.01)。说明通过组合式俯角斜板助跑道跳远训练比常规传统训练对跳远成绩提高的幅度更大,效果更明显。3.在组合式俯角斜板助跑道的训练下,运动员助跑的速度、起跳的的速度、助跑和起跳转换的速度更快,腾起的角度变大、腾起的初速度加快,腾空的时间更长,运动员的髋关节、膝关节、踝关节以及大腿前后肌群、小腿肌群力量明显加大,躯干稳定性加强。4.组合式俯角斜板助跑道训练超过跳远比赛的要求,符合跳远的技术动作结构、用力特征、用力方向,能在助跑和起跳过程中有效地改进跳远技术,提高跳远专项能力以及成绩。5.组合式俯角斜板助跑道可灵活根据运动员能力大小及训练目的进行组合,还能同传统训练手段相结合,符合跳远专项训练的要求,亦适用于短距离径赛项目、部分田赛项目以及其他运动项目。
[Abstract]:Track and field is the most gold medal event in the Olympic Games, the long jump is one of the most wonderful events in track and field competition, which belongs to the speed event of physical strength subgroup. The excellent long jump result depends on the good long jump special physical ability and the special technique. The scientific and effective training means and method is the effective way to improve the special physical ability and the special technique, and is also the important guarantee to improve the long jump result. In this paper, the combined inclined board runway is applied to the long jump run-up and take-off training. The methods of literature, expert interview, training experiment, video shooting and video analysis are used. This paper studies the influence of mathematical statistics and other research methods on the special technique and ability of the long jump, and discusses the training effect of the combined inclined board in the special training of the long jump, so as to make up for the shortage of the innovation of the special training equipment for the long jump. Improve the scientific nature and effectiveness of long jump training. The results show that: 1.
