北京体育大学篮球普修课教学效果影响因素的研究

【摘要】:本研究结合篮球运动的特点和篮球普修课的教学现状,运用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,通过对北京体育大学篮球普修课的学生及授课教师进行问卷调查,探究北京体育大学篮球普修课教学效果影响因素及各因素的特征,从教学实际出发,提出具有针对性的建议,为北京体育大学篮球普修课的教学与改革提供实践和理论依据。本研究得出的结论如下:1学生主体因子主要由学生自身的体育运动水平;学生对篮球运动的喜爱程度;学生选择篮球普修课的目的与主体参与性;学生选修篮球课之前是否接受过专业的篮球训练四个因素构成。北京体育大学篮球普修课的部分学生学习动机不端正,主体参与性较差,学生体育运动水平参差不齐。2教师主导因子主要由教师的技战术水平及动作示范能力;篮球普修课授课教师的语言表达能力;教师的个人魅力(包括教师的气质、形象、性格等);教师的教学能力四个因素构成。北京体育大学篮球教师的整体专业素养和技术水平较高,教学能力强。3环境氛围因子主要由篮球运动课外活动氛围;篮球运动场地;篮球授课教师的现代化教学手段应用能力三个因素构成。北京体育大学学生参与篮球运动的积极性高,运动氛围较好,教师能够熟练掌握现代化多媒体技术。4教学组织因子主要由篮球普修课教学组织形式;篮球普修课教学方法和手段;篮球普修课教学的区别对待性;篮球普修课考核评价方式四个因素构成。北京体育大学篮球普修课以班级授课制作为最基本的教学组织形式,教学效率高,新的教学方法没有得到恰当的推广和运用。5课程管理因子主要由篮球普修课开设的课时量;篮球普修课的课程目标;篮球普修课教学进度安排;篮球课教学内容的可接受性四个因素构成。北京体育大学篮球普修课教学内容的安排较适宜,但课程目标的设置过多考虑了学习的全面性,有待进一步调整。6学教态度因子主要由篮球任课教师的教学态度及敬业精神;学生在课上的学习态度;师生之间的良好的沟通与交流三个因素构成。北京体育大学篮球普修课的教师教学态度严谨,工作作风踏实。学生学习态度端正,上课认真积极。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of basketball and the present teaching situation of basketball course, this study applies the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on. By means of a questionnaire survey on the students and teaching teachers of the general basketball course in Beijing University of physical Education, this paper probes into the factors affecting the teaching effect and the characteristics of each factor of the general basketball course in Beijing University of physical Education, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the basis of the teaching practice. To provide practical and theoretical basis for the teaching and reform of basketball general course in Beijing University of physical Education. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the main factors of students are the students' sports level, the students' love of basketball, and the students' love of basketball. The purpose and the main body participation of the students to choose the general basketball course and whether the students have received professional basketball training before taking the basketball course constitute four factors. Part of the students in the general basketball course of Beijing University of physical Education have incorrect learning motivation, poor participation in the main body, and uneven students' sports level. 2 the teachers' leading factors are mainly the teachers' skill and tactics level and the ability to demonstrate their movements; The teachers' language expression ability, teachers' personal charm (including teachers' temperament, image, character, etc.) and the teachers' teaching ability constitute four factors. The basketball teachers of Beijing University of physical Education have high professional accomplishment and technical level and strong teaching ability. 3 the environmental atmosphere factor is mainly caused by the extracurricular activity atmosphere of basketball sport, the basketball sports field, and the teaching ability. The application ability of modern teaching means of basketball teaching teachers is composed of three factors. The students of Beijing University of physical Education are highly motivated to participate in basketball, and the sports atmosphere is good, the teachers can master the modern multimedia technology skillfully. 4 the organizational factors of teaching are mainly in the form of teaching organization of basketball general courses. The teaching method and means of basketball general course; There are four factors that make up the different treatment of basketball general course teaching and the evaluation method of basketball general course. The general basketball course of Beijing physical Education University takes the class teaching as the most basic teaching organization form, the teaching efficiency is high, the new teaching method has not been properly popularized and applied. The course goal of basketball general course; The teaching schedule of general basketball course and the acceptability of the teaching content of basketball course are composed of four factors. The arrangement of the teaching content of the general basketball course in Beijing physical Education University is more suitable, but the setting of the course goal takes too much into account of the comprehensiveness of study, which needs to be further adjusted. 6 the factors of the attitude of learning and teaching are mainly attributed to the teaching attitude and professionalism of the basketball teachers; Students' learning attitude in class and good communication and communication between teachers and students constitute three factors. Beijing physical Education University basketball general course of the teaching attitude of the teachers rigorous, practical work style. Students have a correct attitude towards learning and are active in class.
