北京市青少年校外体育锻炼指导者的研究

【摘要】:青少年的体质健康总体水平开始呈现“稳中求好”,但仍隐忧重重,总体趋势仍未能彻底扭转。校外体育作为学校体育的延伸和补充,对青少年体质健康发展有着重要的意义。然而青少年在进行校外体育锻炼时,需要有人对其进行科学指导,研究这部分充当学校体育教师角色的人群,关系到青少年的健康成长、家庭幸福以及社会的和谐。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对北京市青少年校外体育锻炼指导者的基本状况、指导状况、现实需求、组织管理培训等方面进行调查研究及分析。为北京市青少年校外体育锻炼指导者队伍的长久健康发展以及青少年接受更加科学、全面的指导提供借鉴和参考。研究结果表明:1、北京市青少年校外体育锻炼指导者年龄多数在20-40岁年龄阶段,同时女性所占比例略少于男性;大多数是本、专科学历;从事青少年校外体育锻炼指导工作的人群中,在校大学生的工作稳定性较差,体育教师或体校教练自身专业知识及指导技能较好。2、北京市青少年校外体育锻炼指导者的社会体育指导员的技术等级总体呈现“金字塔”结构。但还存在着相当一部分指导者无社会体育指导员等级证书的现象。3、北京市青少年校外体育锻炼指导者每次指导青少年校外体育锻炼的时间在31-60分钟之间的居多、每周指导的次数在3-4次的居多。4、北京市青少年校外体育锻炼的项目比较广泛,体现了青少年参加校外体育锻炼内容的多样性,但大多数项目与升学考试有关。5、北京市青少年校外体育锻炼指导者基本能够耐心指导青少年进行校外体育锻炼,但在设计指导方案方面有待加强。6、大多数青少年校外体育锻炼指导者希望能够获得社会体育指导员(青少年)等级称号,接受较为系统的培训。因此有必要建立相应的社会体育指导员(青少年)技术等级认证制度,把他们吸纳到社会体育指导员队伍中来。7、影响北京市青少年校外体育锻炼指导者指导效果的主要因素依次是青少年上课积极性不高、自身技能掌握不足、经费不足、家长支持力度还不够、场地器材不足等,应从这几个方面给与高度重视。
[Abstract]:The overall level of physical health of adolescents is beginning to be "steady and good", but there are still many worries, and the overall trend has not been completely reversed. As an extension and supplement of school physical education, off-campus physical education plays an important role in the healthy development of teenagers' physique. However, when teenagers take physical exercise outside school, they need someone to give them scientific guidance. The study of this part of the group which acts as the role of school physical education teachers is related to the healthy growth of teenagers, family happiness and social harmony. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc., the basic condition, guiding condition and realistic demand of the physical exercise instructor outside school in Beijing are discussed. Organize management training and other aspects of investigation and analysis. It can provide reference and reference for the long-term and healthy development of the physical training instructor team and the acceptance of more scientific and comprehensive guidance for the young people in Beijing. The results show that: 1, the age of the physical exercise instructor is mostly in the age of 20-40 years, and the proportion of female is slightly less than that of male; Among the people engaged in the guidance work of physical training outside school, the job stability of college students is poor, and the professional knowledge and guiding skills of physical education teachers or sports school coaches are better. The technical level of the social sports instructors of the physical training instructors outside the school in Beijing presents the "pyramid" structure in general. However, there is still a considerable number of mentors who do not have the social sports instructor grade certificate. 3. In Beijing, most of the out-of-school physical exercise instructors in Beijing have the time between 31-60 minutes to guide the out-of-school physical exercise. The number of times of instruction is 3-4 times per week. The number of times of instruction is 3-4 times per week. In Beijing, the items of out-of-school physical exercise are quite extensive, reflecting the diversity of the contents of out-of-school physical exercise for young people, but most of the items are related to the entrance examination. The Beijing Youth Off-campus physical exercise instructor is basically able to patiently guide teenagers to conduct out-of-school physical exercise, but in the design of the guidance program, it needs to be strengthened. Most of the extracurricular physical exercise instructors hope to get the rank title of social sports instructors (teenagers) and receive more systematic training. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a corresponding social sports instructor (youth) technical grade certification system, so as to absorb them into the ranks of social sports instructors. The main factors that affect the guiding effect of physical training instructors outside school in Beijing are, in turn, that the young people are not highly motivated in class, that their own skills are not mastered enough, that their funds are insufficient, that parental support is not enough, and that the venues and equipment are insufficient, etc. We should attach great importance to it from these aspects.
