体育锻炼对师范女大学生身体自尊的影响

【摘要】:采用随机分层抽样方法,选取广东省11所高校非体育专业在校女大学生作为调查对象,探讨师范和非师范女大学生的身体自尊及其与体育锻炼的关系。结果表明:(1)师范女生与非师范女生身体在自我价值感和身体素质方面均存在显著性差异(P0.05);在锻炼时间、运动总量方面,师范女生明显高于非师范女生,且分别存在非常显著性差异(P0.01)和显著差异性(P0.05)。(2)在不同运动量下,师范女生的自我价值感、身体素质方面都高于非师范女生,且更注重体育锻炼的时间和运动量。(3)在不同运动量的身体自我价值感和身体素质维度方面,师范女生与非师范女生均存在明显差异性(P0.05);经过多重比较发现,在大运动量下身体自尊5个维度上的得分都高于小运动量下的得分。(4)随着运动量的增加,师范女生身体自尊5个维度呈直线上升趋势,大、中、小运动量与身体自尊的5个维度均呈正相关关系。
[Abstract]:By using random stratified sampling method, female college students of non-physical education major in 11 universities in Guangdong Province were selected as the objects of investigation to explore the relationship between physical self-respect and physical exercise of female students in normal and non-normal colleges. The results showed that: (1) there were significant differences in self-worth and physical quality between normal and non-normal girls (P0.05); In terms of exercise time and total amount of exercise, normal school girls were significantly higher than non-normal girls, and there were very significant differences (P0.01) and significant differences (P0.05). (2) in different amount of exercise. The sense of self-worth and physical quality of female teachers are higher than that of non-normal girls, and they pay more attention to the time and quantity of physical exercise. (3) in the dimension of physical self-worth and physical fitness of different amount of exercise, There were significant differences between female teachers and non-normal girls (P0.05). After multiple comparisons, it was found that the scores on the five dimensions of physical self-esteem were higher than those under the small amount of exercise. (4) with the increase of the amount of exercise, the five dimensions of physical self-esteem of normal school girls showed a linear upward trend. There was a positive correlation between the amount of small exercise and the five dimensions of self-esteem.
