孙振雷备战2016年全国田径锦标赛赛前训练计划研究
[Abstract]:This paper takes the pre-competition training plan of the 5000 meter champion Sun Zhenlei of the 2016 National Championship as the research object, applies the method of literature, case analysis, expert interview and so on to study the training content, training method, training means during the preparation for the war. Training load arrangement and other characteristics of the study and analysis, the conclusions are as follows; (1) Sun Zhenlei achieved the best result of 5000 meters in the 2016 National Athletics Championships. Mainly because of Sun Zhenlei's body shape, body function, sports quality and other indicators, the technical and tactical aspects have been greatly improved. In line with the characteristics of domestic elite middle and long athletes. (2) the training plan for the preparation of the National Championships is a total of five weeks. According to the arrangement of the five weeks, there are three stages, namely, the part of pre-competition preparation and the part of pre-competition special training. Part of pre-competition adjustment training. (3) the part of pre-competition preparation is mainly aerobic endurance, the load is large, the moderate load intensity is about 70-80%, the main part is recovery after the match, mainly physical fitness training, and the actual completion degree of the players is high. Good recovery of body function; The special training before the competition is mainly reflected in the grasp of the load intensity, improving the special endurance, the load intensity is above 90%, the aerobic and anaerobic capacity are improved, and the quality of the special achievement is improved. The part of pre-match adjustment and training is mainly reflected in the adjustment of the players' competitive ability. The load and intensity are controlled at 75-85, and they maintain a good competitive state. Sun Zhenlei's physiological and biochemical index hemoglobin showed a trend of medium, high and low, which was consistent with the change of pre-competition training load measurement. This shows that it has played a role in the physical stimulation training of the team. The (ck) index of creatine kinase was consistent with the change of strength. The overall change trend of urea nitrogen (BU) was moderate to high to low, which was consistent with the change of pre-competition training load. The ratio of blood (T) and blood (C) changed with the increase of exercise load.
