快速伸缩复合练习对挺身式跳远教学效果的实验研究

【摘要】：跳远是体育教学和田径竞赛的主要项目之一,根据空中动作可分为蹲踞式、走步式和挺身式跳远,而在我国普通高校以及专业体育院校田径课程的跳远教学以走步式和挺身式为主,其中挺身式居多。但随着教学大纲的改革,技能课教学时数日趋减少,造成了时间短、任务重、掌握难的局面,为此,本研究将快速伸缩复合练习引入挺身式跳远教学,目的是通过实验探索快速伸缩复合练习对挺身式跳远教学效果的影响,为今后开发教学新思路作出铺垫,同时为挺身式跳远在创新教学手段方法、提高教学效果上提供理论参考。本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法及实验法,研究将快速伸缩复合练习运用于挺身式跳远教学课的准备活动部分,随机选取2个班(共42名)男性大学生为实验对象,将其按自然班分为实验班和对照班。实验班和对照班分别通过8次课的练习后,对其专项素质指标和挺身式跳远技评、达标成绩进行测试,对所得数据进行分析总结,最终得出以下结论:1.快速伸缩复合练习通过缩短离心收缩--向心收缩间的耦联时间,增大肌肉输出功率,增强下肢力量,从而达到明显提高受试大学生立定三级跳远和20米计时单足跳成绩的效果。2.快速伸缩复合练习对于提高30m加速跑成绩无明显效果。3.挺身式跳远教学过程中融入快速伸缩复合练习可以更好提高挺身式跳远的技术教学效果。4.快速伸缩复合练习可通过动作技能的正迁移,提高体育专业大学生对于技能的掌握,提高技术动作水平,并提高教学质量。
[Abstract]:The long jump is one of the major events in physical education and track and field competitions. According to air movements, it can be divided into squatting, walking and standing long jump. In our country, the long jump teaching of track and field courses in colleges and universities is mainly walking and upright, in which the majority of them are upright. However, with the reform of the syllabus, the teaching hours of the skill class are decreasing day by day, resulting in the situation of short time, heavy task and difficult grasp. Therefore, this study introduces the fast telescopic compound exercise into the long jump teaching. The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of rapid telescopic compound exercises on the teaching effect of the long jump, to lay the groundwork for the development of new teaching ideas, and to innovate the teaching methods for the long jump. To improve the teaching effect to provide theoretical reference. This article mainly uses the literature method, the questionnaire survey method, the expert interview method, the mathematical statistics method and the experimental method, studies the fast expansion compound exercise to use in the straight-forward type long jump teaching preparation activity part, Two classes (42 male college students) were randomly selected and divided into experimental class and control class according to the nature class. The experimental class and the control class respectively through 8 classes of practice, their specific quality indicators and standing up to the long jump skills evaluation, test the results of the analysis and summary of the data, and finally draw the following conclusions: 1. By shortening the coupling time between centrifugal contractions and concentric contractions, the rapid retractive exercise increases the output power of the muscles and increases the strength of the lower limbs. Thus, the results of standing triple jump and 20 meter timing single foot jump were obviously improved. 2. 2. The rapid expansion compound exercise has no obvious effect on improving the 30 m speed running result. 3. In the process of long jump teaching, it is possible to improve the technical teaching effect of the long jump with the combination of rapid expansion and extensibility. 4. Through the positive transfer of movement skills, the rapid expansion compound exercises can improve the mastery of skills, improve the level of technical movements and improve the teaching quality of college students majoring in physical education.
