体育大学生社会适应性特征对高校体育教学的启示

【摘要】：以个体社会适应的行为方式为观测点,以个体社会适应的心理历程为线索,采用《大学生社会适应行为方式问卷》,对416名体育大学生和非体育大学生的社会适应性心理品质进行调查。结果显示:1)体育大学生与非体育大学生的社会适应性心理品质存在显著差异,体育大学生的社会适应性明显优于非体育大学生。2)体育大学生的社会适应性心理品质在性别和运动成绩级别上均不存在显著差异。3)体育大学生社会适应性心理品质在年级上存在显著差异,四年级在自尊自主和压力应对这2个维度上的均值低于其他3个年级。4)不同运动专项的体育大学生的社会适应性心理品质特征显示,开放自信、自尊自主是不同体育项目大学生社会适应性心理品质的共性特征;田径项目大学生的社会适应性的总均值及在开放自信、客观现实、情境调控3个维度上的均值都显著高于篮球和竞技体操项目大学生。此研究结果,为证明体育教育在促进和改善大学生社会适应性的作用提供了更加明确具体的实证依据,对进一步改进和提高学校体育水平和质量具有一定的启发作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the behavior style of individual social adaptation as the observation point and the psychological course of individual social adaptation as the clue, the questionnaire of Social adaptation behavior of College students was used. The psychological quality of social adaptability of 416 physical college students and non-sports college students was investigated. The results showed that: 1) there were significant differences in the psychological quality of social adaptability between physical college students and non-sports college students. The social adaptability of sports college students is obviously better than that of non-sports students. 2) there is no significant difference in social adaptability psychological quality of sports college students in gender and sports achievement level. 3) Social adaptation of sports college students There were significant differences in sexual psychological quality in grade, The mean values of self-esteem autonomy and stress coping in grade four were lower than those in the other three grades. 4) the characteristics of social adaptability of sports college students with different sports items showed that they were open and confident. Self-esteem autonomy is the common characteristic of psychological quality of social adaptability of college students in different sports. The total mean of social adaptability of track and field college students and the average values of three dimensions of open self-confidence, objective reality and situational regulation were significantly higher than those of basketball and gymnastics students. The results of this study provide a more clear and concrete empirical basis for proving the role of physical education in promoting and improving the social adaptability of college students, and have a certain enlightening effect on further improving and improving the level and quality of physical education in schools.
