我国初级户外指导员理论基础和实践能力的调查研究

【摘要】：随着经济社会的快速发展,人们物质生活水平的提高,消费观念已从物质消费逐渐转型为精神消费。同时随着余暇时间的增多,户外休闲已成为大众消费的潮流。2016年11月8日国家体育总局联合国家发改委、工业和信息化部、财政部、国土资源部、住房和城乡建设部、交通运输部、国家旅游局正式印发《山地户外运动产业发展规划》。《规划》提出要全面推动我国户外运动产业的发展。在户外活动中,一名合格的户外指导员不仅具备丰富的户外理论知识和熟练的户外技能,而且需要他们在户外活动中积极组织参与者安全、合理、科学的开展户外活动,提高参与者的体验感和满意度,帮助参与者实现人生价值。本文从实践出发,综合采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈等科研方法对我国初级户外指导员的发展现状及存在的问题进行了深入探讨和分析,得出以下结论:1.我国初级户外指导员的培训工作在中国登山协会的指导下全面开展并取得了一定的规模,但是和我国日益增多的户外人口相比,我国的初级户外指导员岗位存在明显不足。2.通过调查表明:我国的初级户外指导员主要以户外运动从业者和体育工作者为主;我国初级户外指导员在男女比例上男性明显多于女性,男女比例严重失调;从业年龄主要集中在26-35岁之间,说明我国初级户外指导员在户外活动中能够有充沛的体力保证;在工作经历上,主要集中在2-3年,说明我国初级户外指导员这一职业起步较晚,有很大的发展空间。3.我国初级户外指导员在实践能力方面要普遍高于理论基础。在理论基础方面,缺少教育学、管理学和组织行为学等学科理论支持,在户外教学、指导、宣传过程中多以经验式教学,缺少教育学理论和经验。在实践能力方面,初级户外指导员个人技术技能较强,在普及登山健身指导和急救知识等方面存在明显不足。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society and the improvement of people's material living standard, the concept of consumption has gradually changed from material consumption to spiritual consumption. At the same time, with the increase of leisure time, outdoor leisure has become a trend of mass consumption. On November 8, 2016, the State Administration of Sports, in conjunction with the State Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction, The Ministry of Communications and Transportation, the National Tourism Administration officially issued the "Mountain Outdoor Sports Industry Development Plan". The "Planning" proposed to promote the development of outdoor sports industry in China. In outdoor activities, a qualified outdoor instructor not only has rich outdoor theoretical knowledge and skilled outdoor skills, but also needs them to actively organize participants in outdoor activities to carry out outdoor activities safely, rationally and scientifically. Improve participants' experience and satisfaction and help participants realize their life value. Based on the practice, this paper makes a thorough discussion and analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the primary outdoor instructors in China by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and expert interviews, and draws the following conclusions: 1. Under the guidance of China Mountaineering Association, the training of primary outdoor instructors in China has been carried out in an all-round way and has achieved a certain scale. However, compared with the increasing outdoor population in our country, the posts of primary outdoor instructors in China are obviously inadequate. 2. The investigation shows that the primary outdoor instructors in our country are mainly outdoor sports practitioners and sports workers, the male ratio of the primary outdoor instructors in our country is obviously more than that of the female, and the ratio of male to female is serious imbalance. The working age is mainly between 26 and 35 years old, indicating that the primary outdoor instructors in our country can have abundant physical strength guarantee in outdoor activities. In the work experience, mainly concentrated in 2-3 years, indicating that China's primary outdoor instructor this career started relatively late, there is a lot of room for development. 3. The primary outdoor instructor in our country is generally higher than the theoretical basis in practical ability. In the theoretical basis, the lack of pedagogy, management and organizational behavior and other disciplines of theoretical support, in outdoor teaching, guidance, propaganda in the process of experience teaching, lack of pedagogy theory and experience. In the aspect of practical ability, the individual technical skills of the primary outdoor instructors are strong, and there are obvious shortcomings in popularizing the instruction of mountaineering fitness and the knowledge of first aid.
