大学生体育活动对学习拖延的影响研究
[Abstract]:Procrastination is a common phenomenon in college students. Learning procrastination is a kind of procrastination that occurs in students' study, and it is the extension of procrastination, which is shown by the delay in starting or executing a learning task. Accompanied by bad emotional experience. In our country, the behavior of procrastination before the university stage is not obvious. The main reason is that the students have low freedom in their own life and study, listen to the arrangement of parents and teachers in the study plan, and they are in the passive servitude stage. Delays in academic studies will be criticized by parents and teachers. But in the university stage, the students' independent control time increases, the after-school time increases, the study energy decreases, the homework procrastination starts to take root and sprouts, this kind of learning procrastination behavior tendency begins to breed in the university student community. Modern research shows that 90% of the college students have this behavior tendency. Learning procrastination not only affects the completion of students' learning tasks, but also brings bad emotional experience, such as anxiety. Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper studies the effects of college students' sports activities on learning procrastination, and makes use of college students' procrastination questionnaire. The sports activity rating scale and the youth time management disposition scale were used to quantify the college students' sports activities, time management tendencies and learning delays, so as to fully understand the college students' physical exercise. Time management tendency and learning procrastination on the whole situation, analysis of the relationship between the three, further explore the sports activities on learning procrastination mechanism, to enrich the learning delay intervention countermeasures to provide theoretical basis. The results of this study are as follows: (1) the scores of college students' sports activities show that the scores of college students' sports activities are at the middle lower level, indicating that the overall level of college students' sports activities is at the middle level; On the whole, the sports intensity of college students is the level of moderate deviation, the level of exercise time is middle level; (2) the differences of sports activities in gender, grade and major variables: male students' exercise quantity, time, frequency and intensity were obviously higher than that of female students; The sports intensity and frequency of the junior college students were significantly higher than those of the higher grade students. The time, frequency and intensity of sports activities and sports of college students majoring in physical education are significantly higher than those of non-sports majors. (3) the tendency of time management of college students is above the average level; There are significant differences in gender variables between the view of time monitoring and the dimension of time efficacy, the male students are higher than the girls, the junior college students in the sense of time efficacy dimension is significantly higher than the senior students. College students majoring in physical education are significantly higher in sense of time value, view of time monitoring and tendency of time management than those majoring in non-physical education. (4) students with learning procrastination account for 42% of the college students; The learning procrastination of junior students was significantly higher than that of senior students, and that of PE majors was significantly lower than that of non-PE majors. (5) there was a significant correlation among PE activities, time management tendencies and learning procrastination among college students. Sports activities have a significant negative predictive effect on learning procrastination, time management tendency has a significant negative predictive effect on learning procrastination. Sports activities have significant positive predictive effect on time management tendency. (6) time management tendency plays an intermediary role between sports activities and learning procrastination.
