对我院体育教育专业健美操专项学生教学能力分析与研究

【摘要】:健美操是体育教育专业学生必须掌握的基本能力之一。同时也是各体育院校健美操专项学生的终极目标。在“健康第一”体育教育思想的指导下,为了更好地适应社会发展,满足教育和学生的主体需求,注重教学能力的培养,已经成为各大体育院校的重点课题设置部分。因此,对健美操专项学生的教学能力进行科学的评价和培养研究,以及做到如何培养,是健美操教学面临的首要问题。本文以我院体育专业健美操专项学生的教学能力为研究主题,以我院2011级、2012级、2013级健美操专项生50名为研究对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法进行系统研究。主要采取问卷调查法获取数据,首先以我院《健美操专修理论与技术》教学大纲为基础,通过理论部分设置、技术部分设置、能力部分设置三个方面对我院健美操教学体系进行了系统的分析。根据教学大纲的内容,将我院体育教育专业健美操专项教学能力结构设置为:教学设计能力、理论知识掌握能力、专业技术掌握能力、竞赛组织能力、教学实践能力。通过问卷调查,结合我院教学大纲,分别从这五个方面对我院体育专业健美操专项教学能力现状进行系统分析研究得出结论:(1)我院的《健美操专修理论与技术》教学大纲设置中,对于体育专业健美操专项教育学生的理论知识掌握十分的重视,在科目设置方面也十分的健全;同时,我院十分重视技能部分的训练和培养,在技能部分的培养侧重点在不断的向健美操专项教学学生的教学能力引导;最后,对于健美操专项学生的能力培养是循序渐进的,首先通过第三学期进行最基本的健美操编排能力进行训练,在第四学期的能力设置中就将编写教案能力作为了重点,其中,编写教案能力是理论知识掌握和第三学期技能掌握的综合体现。再此基础上第五第六学期,就加入了更为专业和严格的组织教学训练能力和编排组合和成套动作能力、竞赛组织与裁判能力倾斜。(2)通过对我院体育专业健美操专项教学能力现状分析得出,我院健美操专项学生教学能力还处于一个较为中等偏上的水平;健美操专项学生教学设计能力处于十分薄弱的状态;健美操专项学生掌握理论知识能力处于十分理想的水平;技术掌握能力总体上处于比较高的,尤其是教学课时和技术训练的安排上取得了广大师生的一致好评;健美操专项学生竞赛组织能力处于十分薄弱的现状;关于学生教学实践的重视程度上,学生与老师反映都十分良好,超过80%的学生都对教学实践很重视,我院健美操专项学生的教学实践能力十分的优秀。(3)在研究结果的基础上,针对我院体育专业健美操专项教学能力中,课前设计能力和竞赛组织能力方面存在问题进行原因分析,得出结论得出我院目前健美操专项学生竞赛能力的培养和发展过程中主要存在实践经验缺乏和竞赛编排能力的薄弱。我院健美操专项学生课前设计能力薄弱的原因是,缺少社会相关实践经验,因此在提高其他素质以及能力的同时,更好的沟通和了解能力显的更为重要,一方面需要加强学生要自身社会实践的锻炼,另一方面学校缺乏这一方面正确积极的引导也是存在这样问题的很重要的原因之一。(4)针对我院体育专业健美操专项教学能力的现状和存在问题,最终给出提高体育教育专业健美操专项教学能力,应该从加强教学能力培养多提供社会实践机会和建全专项学生教学能力考核制度入手的建议。
[Abstract]:Calisthenics is one of the basic abilities of the students in physical education. At the same time, it is the ultimate goal of the aerobics special students in various sports colleges. Under the guidance of the thought of the first physical education, in order to better adapt to the social development, to meet the needs of the education and the students' subject, to pay attention to the cultivation of the teaching ability, it has become the key task setting part of the major sports colleges. Therefore, it is the primary problem for aerobics teaching to carry on the scientific evaluation and cultivation of the teaching ability of the special students of calisthenics, and how to train them. In this paper, we study the teaching ability of the special-purpose students in our college in order to study the teaching ability of the special students in class 2011, 2012 and 2013, through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis. This paper mainly adopts the questionnaire method to get the data, firstly, based on the theory and technology of the special repair of calisthenics in our hospital, the system of the calisthenics teaching system of our hospital is analyzed through the theory part setting, the technical part setting and the ability part setting. According to the contents of the syllabus, the structure of the special teaching ability of the sports education in our hospital is set as: the teaching design ability, the theoretical knowledge grasping ability, the professional skill holding ability, the competition organization ability, the teaching practice ability. Based on the questionnaire, this paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the present situation of the special teaching ability of the physical education in our hospital from the five aspects, according to the teaching program of our hospital. In addition, we attach great importance to the theoretical knowledge of the special education students in the sports specialty, and it is also very sound in the setting of the subject. At the same time, our hospital attaches great importance to the training and training of the skill parts. In the end, the training of the most basic calisthenics is carried out through the third term. In the capacity-setting of the fourth term, the ability of writing teaching is the focus, among which, the ability to write the teaching is a comprehensive reflection of the theoretical knowledge and the skill of the third term. On the basis of the fifth semester of the last semester, a more professional and rigorous organization of teaching and training, and the ability to organize and set up a set of action, the competition organization and the decision-making capacity are inclined. (2) Through the analysis of the present situation of the special teaching ability of the sports specialty in our hospital, the teaching ability of the special-purpose students in our hospital is still at a relatively moderate level, and the teaching design ability of the special-purpose students in the aerobics is in a very weak state; The ability of the special students to master the theoretical knowledge of the aerobics is at a very ideal level; the ability of the technical mastery is generally at a relatively high level, in particular the arrangement of the teaching class and the technical training, and has obtained the unanimous praise of the teachers and students; The ability of the special student competition organization of the aerobics is at a very weak current situation; on the importance of the teaching practice of the students, the students and the teachers are very good, more than 80% of the students pay great attention to the teaching practice, and the teaching practice ability of the special students in our college is very good. (3) On the basis of the research results, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the ability of pre-course design and the ability of the competition organization for the special teaching ability of the sports specialty in our hospital. It is concluded that there is a lack of practical experience and the weakness of the ability of the competition arrangement in the course of the cultivation and development of the competition ability of the students in our hospital. The reason that the pre-class design ability of the special-purpose students in our hospital is weak is the lack of social-related practical experience, so it is more important to improve the other quality and ability, and to better communicate and understand the ability, on the one hand, we need to strengthen the students' exercise of their own social practice, On the other hand, the lack of proper and positive guidance on this part of the school is one of the most important reasons for such a problem. (4) In view of the present situation and the existing problems of the special teaching ability of the sports specialty in our hospital, the special teaching ability of the sports education specialty is given. It is suggested that we should improve the teaching ability of the students, provide the opportunity of social practice and the assessment system of the teaching ability of the whole special students.
