美国职业高尔夫球运动员培养路径对我国的启示研究

【摘要】：本文通过对美国职业高尔夫球运动员培养路径的研究以及中美两国相关路径的对比分析,对目前我国职业高尔夫球运动员培养路径中存在的问题进行总结分析,并对美国在职业高尔夫球运动员培养路径方面的优秀经验进行借鉴,提出进一步完善我国职业高尔夫球运动员培养路径的基本思路和方法策略。通过文献资料法、访谈法以及比较法对美国和中国的的职业高尔夫球运动员的培养路径,从职业高尔夫球运动员身份界定与人才来源;职业高尔夫球运动员培养路径;职业高尔夫球运动员退役后安置这三个层面进行调查分析。通过调查分析发现美国在职业高尔夫球运动员培养方面学校教育起到了巨大的作用;极度发达的基础设施建设,为运动员的培养提供了极为优越的便利条件;同时拥有多个品牌的顶级职业高尔夫球赛事,赛事的层次划分十分合理,适合不同竞技水平职业高尔夫球运动员参加。与中国职业高尔夫球运动员培养路径进行平行对比发现我国在职业高尔夫球运动员培养上存在培养路径的比例结构依然不合理,学校教育所占比例过小;职业高尔夫球赛事历史短暂,数量过少,不能满足运动员需求;在政府导向下国内职业高尔夫球发展水平两极分化严重,优秀人才集中于少数地区等缺点。在构建未来的职业高尔夫球运动员培养路径时应坚持平衡发展、加强交流、政策引导、以赛代练的原则。要突出学校对高尔夫球员培养的重要作用;改进“举国体制”并加强对高尔夫球运动项目的政策支持。在国家有所加强政策支持的前提下,利用于社会层面的政策法规是推广并扩大高尔夫球社会影响力的有力武器。同时亟需扭转现存的奖牌观念,从而达到鼓励运动员个体均衡发展并寻找到尝试结合其他培养路径的切实有效的方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the research on the training path of American professional golfers and the comparative analysis of the related paths between China and the United States, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the training paths of professional golf players in China. It also draws lessons from the excellent experience of the United States in the training path of professional golfers, and puts forward the basic ideas and methods to further improve the training path of professional golfers in China. Based on the methods of literature, interview and comparison, the training path of professional golfers in the United States and China is defined from the status of professional golfers, the source of talents, the training path of professional golfers, and the training path of professional golfers in the United States and China. Professional golfer retired after the placement of these three levels of investigation and analysis. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that the school education plays a great role in the training of professional golfers in the United States, and the extremely developed infrastructure construction provides extremely superior and convenient conditions for the training of athletes. At the same time, there are many brands of top professional golf events, the level of the tournament is very reasonable, suitable for different levels of professional golfers to participate. In parallel with the training path of Chinese professional golfers, it is found that the proportion structure of the training path is still unreasonable and the proportion of school education is too small. The history of professional golf events is short and the number is too small to meet the needs of athletes. Under the guidance of the government the development level of professional golf in China is seriously polarized and the outstanding talents are concentrated in a few areas. In constructing the future professional golf player training path, we should adhere to the principle of balanced development, strengthen communication, policy guidance and practice by competition. It is necessary to emphasize the important role of the school in the training of golf players, to improve the "national system" and to strengthen the policy support for golf events. Under the premise of strengthening the national policy support, the use of policies and regulations in the social level is a powerful weapon to promote and expand the social influence of golf balls. At the same time, it is urgent to reverse the existing medal concept, so as to encourage athletes to develop in a balanced way and to find a practical and effective way to try to combine other training paths.
