沈阳市城市居民运动休闲参与和运动休闲满意度及持续参与的关系

【摘要】：随着国民生活水平与文化水平的提高,休闲作为一种新的生活方式越来越受到人们重视,中国正逐步迈入全民休闲社会。在这样的社会背景下,运动休闲以其不同于其它休闲方式的运动性特征,受到人们的极大欢迎与广泛关注。本研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对运动休闲的参与、运动休闲满意度及运动休闲持续参与进行研究。以沈阳市城市居民运动休闲参与者为调查对象,从调查对象的运动休闲参与、运动休闲满意度和持续参与的现状出发进行调查统计分析,研究沈阳市城市居民运动休闲参与、运动休闲满意度、运动休闲持续参与的特征,探索三者间存在的关系。结果显示:沈阳市城市居民不同人群运动休闲参与、运动休闲满意度、运动休闲持续参与存在显著差异;沈阳市城市居民运动休闲参与与运动休闲满意度显著相关;沈阳市城市居民运动休闲参与与运动休闲持续参与显著相关;沈阳市城市居民运动休闲满意度与运动休闲持续参与显著相关。建议加强运动休闲相关部门建设,完善配套设施建设,加强相关理论与实践研究;充分利运用三者间的关系,提升沈阳市城市居民运动休闲参与、运动休闲满意度与运动休闲持续参与。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of national living standard and cultural level, leisure, as a new way of life, has been paid more and more attention by people, and China is gradually entering the leisure society of the whole people. Under such a social background, sports leisure, because of its sports characteristics different from other leisure ways, has been greatly welcomed and widely concerned. In this study, the participation of sports leisure, the satisfaction degree of sports leisure and the continuous participation of sports leisure were studied by means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. According to the present situation of sports leisure participation, satisfaction degree and continuous participation of urban residents in Shenyang, this paper makes an investigation and statistical analysis of urban residents' sports and leisure participation in Shenyang, and studies the sports and leisure participation of urban residents in Shenyang. Sports leisure satisfaction, sports leisure continuous participation characteristics, explore the relationship between the three. The results show that there are significant differences in sports leisure participation, sports leisure satisfaction and continuous sports leisure participation among different groups of urban residents in Shenyang, and there is a significant correlation between sports leisure participation and sports leisure satisfaction in Shenyang city residents. The sports leisure participation of urban residents in Shenyang is significantly related to the continuous participation of sports leisure, and the satisfaction degree of sports leisure of urban residents in Shenyang is significantly related to the continuous participation of sports leisure. It is suggested to strengthen the construction of sports and leisure-related departments, improve the construction of supporting facilities, and strengthen the relevant theoretical and practical research; Make full use of the relationship among the three, improve the urban residents of Shenyang sports leisure participation, sports leisure satisfaction and continuous sports leisure participation.
