特殊教育(体育)专业人才培养与课程设置研究

【摘要】:随着教育事业的普及,残疾人体育发展的需求,在国家众多特殊教育政策推动下,残疾人教育朝向专业化的发展道路。特殊体育教育出发点是保障残疾人身体运动健康,对于培养残疾人体育健康运动有极大的必要性。对于特殊体育专业化人才的培养,从人才培养历史开始分析,了解特殊体育专业人才的培养。本研究通过对我国高校特殊教育(体育)专业人才培养与课程设置的研究。开设该专业的高校主要有广州体育学院、武汉体育学院、西安体育学院、山东体院学院和天津体育学院。国内大部分学者将体育院校的特殊教育直接称为特殊体育教育。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和比较研究法等方法对专业人才培养以及课程设置的分析。同时通过从发展历史、人才培养、课程设置上的分析,进而分析特殊体育专业人才培养过程。研究结果表明:1.特殊教育(体育)专业的培养目标主要是以培养特殊体育师资以及特殊体育社会指导者,在专业课程设置上基本达到人才培养目标的要求,培养特殊体育的专业人才不断增多,以满足特殊学校及社会残疾人机构的需求。2.体育院校特殊体育教育的培养模式比较传统单一,通常是四年制的“3+1”学年培养模式,应结合现代化的培养模式培养更具有专业性的人才,应该优化人才培养模式。3.课程设置的类型较多,主要体现在特殊教育类、体育教育类和康复类三者的结合上,课程设置在一个比较规范的框架内开展,总学分一般控制在160—170学分,总学时一般控制在2500—2600学时,在专业必修课上基本达到了60%以上,基础性的课程比较多,专业核心课程和运动康复类课程较少,应加大专业课程的学分学时,以促进特殊体育专业性人才的培养。4.课程设置上特殊教育与残疾人体育的结合度较少,在基础性的课程上主要是在沿用着体教专业的相关课程,教材版本更新较少。课程需要的实践不足,形成培养人才的专业技能不够突出,应加强学生的特殊体育专业的相关知识,培养学生对残疾人康复训练的指导能力,培养更具有专业性质的特殊人才。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of education and the demand of the development of sports for the disabled, the education of the disabled is developing professionally under the promotion of many special education policies of our country. The starting point of special physical education is to protect the physical and sports health of the disabled, and it is very necessary to cultivate the physical health of the disabled. The cultivation of special sports professional talents is analyzed from the history of talent training to understand the cultivation of special sports professionals. This research through to our country university special education (physical education) specialized personnel training and the curriculum establishment research. The major universities are Guangzhou Institute of physical Education, Wuhan Institute of physical Education, Xi'an Institute of physical Education, Shandong Institute of physical Education and Tianjin Institute of physical Education. Most scholars in China call the special education of PE colleges and universities special physical education directly. The methods of literature, questionnaire and comparative research are used to analyze the training and curriculum of professional talents. At the same time, through the development of history, talent training, curriculum analysis, and further analysis of the training process of special sports professionals. The results show that: 1. The training goal of special education (physical education) specialty is to train special physical education teachers and special sports social guides, to basically meet the requirements of talent training in the professional curriculum, and to cultivate more and more specialized physical education professionals. To meet the needs of special schools and social institutions for persons with disabilities. 2. The training mode of special physical education in physical education colleges is relatively single, usually the training mode of "31" school year of four-year system. It should be combined with the modern training mode to cultivate more professional talents, and should optimize the training mode of talents. 3. There are many types of curriculum, mainly reflected in the combination of special education, physical education and rehabilitation. The curriculum is carried out within a relatively standardized framework, and the total credit is generally controlled at 160 to 170 credits. In general, the total school hours are controlled at 2500 to 2600 hours, and the basic compulsory courses have reached more than 60%, there are more basic courses, and there are fewer major core courses and sports rehabilitation courses. We should increase the credit time of major courses. In order to promote the cultivation of special sports professionals. 4. The combination of special education and physical education for the disabled is less, and the basic curriculum is mainly based on the related courses of physical education and education, and the edition of the textbook is less updated. The practice of curriculum needs is insufficient, and the professional skills of cultivating talents are not outstanding enough. We should strengthen the relevant knowledge of students' special physical education specialty, train the students' ability of guiding rehabilitation training for the disabled, and cultivate the special talents of more professional nature.
