国家政策与社团实践——合作博弈视角下中国篮协改革发展问题研究

【摘要】：中国篮球协会是篮球治理体系的重要组成部分,但由于体制原因,自身发育程度不足,资源整合能力没有得到有效发挥。本文运用文献资料法和专家咨询法,从合作博弈的视角出发,对中国篮球协会改革发展过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出以下建议:应基于平等原则,建立一个良性的合作博弈机制;通过公平谈判,打破信息不对称,逐步形成改革目标共识;建立强制性契约,明确责任主体,完善激励约束机制,调动各个利益主体的积极性,进而形成推动改革发展的合力。
[Abstract]:China Basketball Association is an important part of basketball governance system, but due to institutional reasons, its own development degree is insufficient, and the ability of resource integration has not been effectively developed. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the reform and development of China Basketball Association from the perspective of cooperative game by using the methods of literature and expert consultation, and puts forward the following suggestions: it should be based on the principle of equality. Establish a benign cooperative game mechanism; Through fair negotiation, we can break the information asymmetry and gradually form the consensus of reform goal, establish mandatory contract, clarify the main body of responsibility, perfect the incentive and restraint mechanism, mobilize the enthusiasm of all the stakeholders, and then form the joint force to promote the reform and development.
