对西安体育学院优秀女子撑竿跳运动员牛春格最后两步助跑及起跳的运动学分析

【摘要】:研究目的:本文对撑竿跳运动员牛春格最后两步助跑及起跳的技术动作进行了研究,希望通过本研究能够找出其技术动作中的错误与不足,给出技术改进的方法,最终使其运动成绩快速提高。研究方法:本文采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计等方法,对牛春格最后助跑及起跳的技术动作进行研究。研究结果:1、牛春格在倒两步助跑技术上有明显改进和提高,倒一步步长由原来大于倒二步步长变为现在的小于倒二步步长,跑进更加积极主动。2、牛春格最后两步助跑的水平速度有了一定的提高,差值变化较为合理,但其最后两步的连贯程度还需要进一步提升。最后一步步速也较之前有所提高,减少了水平速度损失率,表现出较强的进攻意识。3、牛春格助跑时身体重心趋于平稳,起跳重心高度还有待进一步提升。4、牛春格起跳时竿弦角较以前更加合理,动能向弹性势能的转化率越来越高,减少能量损失。5、在起跳时,逐渐打开下手肘角,肩肘角变化较之前更为合理,为后续动作创造了良好条件。6、牛春格着地躯干角由93.5°减小至89.6°,起跳时躯干后仰问题得到解决。7、牛春格的起跳膝角由原来的165.5°变为172.4°,膝角变大,符合爆发式蹬伸要求。8、牛春格的助跑技术逐渐稳定,通过训练,重心腾起角接近国内优秀撑竿跳运动员的重心腾起角水平。研究结论:1、牛春格倒一步步长由原来大于倒二步步长变为现在的小于倒二步步长,且最后两步助跑水平速度得到提升,牛春格在倒两步助跑技术上有明显改进和提高,跑进更加积极主动,进攻意识增强。2、牛春格起跳时下手肩角增大,下臂撑竿意识增强,下肘角增大,起跳时手臂对肢体的支撑更加稳定。3、牛春格后蹬膝角增加,大腿缓冲能力增强,蹬伸更加充分。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the technical movements of pole jumper Niu Chunge in the last two steps of run-up and take-off, hoping that through this study, we can find out the errors and shortcomings in the technical movements, and give the methods of technical improvement. In the end, it can improve its sports performance quickly. Research methods: in this paper, the technical action of Niu Chunge's final run-up and take-off is studied by means of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics. The results are as follows: 1. Niu Chunge has obviously improved and improved the inverted two-step run-up technology, and the reverse step length has changed from the original larger than the inverted two-step to the present less than the inverted two-step, so that Niu Chunge is more active. 2, The horizontal speed of Niuchunge's last two steps has been improved to a certain extent, and the difference change is more reasonable, but the coherence of the last two steps needs to be further improved. The last step speed is also higher than before, reducing the horizontal speed loss rate, showing a strong sense of attack. 3, Niuchunge run-up body center of gravity tends to be stable, take-off center of gravity height needs to be further improved. 4, When Niuchunge takes off, the string angle of the pole is more reasonable than before, the conversion of kinetic energy to elastic potential energy is higher and higher, and the energy loss is reduced. 5. During take-off, the angle of hand elbow is gradually opened, and the change of shoulder and elbow angle is more reasonable than before. It created good conditions for the following action. 6, the dry angle of Niuchunge landing body decreased from 93.5 掳to 89.6 掳, and the problem of trunk backtracking was solved during take-off. 7, the take-off knee angle of Niuchunge changed from 165.5 掳to 172.4 掳, and the knee angle became larger. According to the requirements of explosive pedal extension. 8, Niu Chunge's running-up technique is gradually stable. Through training, the lifting angle of the center of gravity is close to the level of the lifting angle of the center of gravity of the domestic elite pole vault athletes. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Niuchunge's inverted step length has changed from the original larger than the inverted two-step to the present less than the inverted two-step, and the horizontal speed of the last two steps has been improved, and Niuchunge has obviously improved and improved the inverted two-step run-up technology. When Niuchunge took off, the shoulder angle increased, the consciousness of the lower arm pole increased, and the lower elbow angle increased, and the arm support to the limb was more stable during the take-off. 3, the knee angle increased after Niuchunge took off. Thigh cushioning ability is enhanced, pedal extension is more adequate.
