西南科技大学开设游泳必修课的现状调查研究

【摘要】:我国普通高校游泳课的开设现状不容乐观,某些高校虽然有游泳池,但却因担心出事故,没有在全校开设游泳课的情况是存在的。西南科技大学领导对培养大学生掌握游泳技能非常重视,本着“人人学习游泳,人人掌握游泳”的理念,从2000年开始为开设游泳必修课做各方面的准备,经过十年不懈努力,2010年起,在全校(含14个学院)全面开设游泳必修课,为全校学生学会水中生存技能创造了条件。在此背景下,对西南科技大学开设游泳必修课的现状进行深入调查研究是有必要的,总结其基本经验,分析其存在的问题并提出可行性建议。其目的是为该校更好的开设游泳必修课提供理论依据,也为其他高校安全开设游泳必修课提供参考。本研究为该校以及其他高校更好地开设游泳课提供参考具有一定的现实意义。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,以西南科技大学开设游泳必修课的现状为研究对象。通过对西南科技大学校领导、体育学科部领导、游泳必修课教师、游泳必修课学生进行调查和访谈,研究得出结论:(1)西南科技大学全校开设游泳必修课是可行的,也是值得推广的;(2)开课后约80%的学生掌握了游泳技能,该校全校开设游泳必修课是可行的;(3)高度重视安全保障措施的有效实施,确保游泳必修课安全进行;(4)该校采用跨学期游泳课安排,解决了大学无室内游泳馆行课的困难;(5)该校仅有两个游泳池,不能满足学生上课的需求;(6)游泳必修课教师教学理念较为落后,易造成学生失去学习兴趣。根据研究结果,提出以下建议:(1)建议其他院校借鉴该校游泳必修课安全保障措施及课时安排等基本经验;(2)建议西南科技大学在东校区和西校区各建一个室外游泳池;(3)建议体育学科部教师力争均持证上岗并发挥好专业教师的作用;(4)建议游泳必修课教师在行课中有目的地增添游戏法等新教学方法;(5)建议在游泳必修课教学内容及评价内容中增加救生技能内容。
[Abstract]:The present situation of swimming courses in colleges and universities in our country is not optimistic. Although some colleges and universities have swimming pools, they do not have swimming classes in the whole school because of fear of accidents. The leaders of Southwest University of Science and Technology attach great importance to training college students to master swimming skills. in line with the concept of "everyone learns swimming, everyone master swimming", they have made preparations for setting up compulsory swimming courses in 2000, and after ten years of unremitting efforts, Since 2010, swimming compulsory courses have been set up in the whole school (including 14 colleges), which has created the conditions for the students to learn the survival skills in water. Under this background, it is necessary to investigate and study the present situation of swimming compulsory course in Southwest University of Science and Technology, summarize its basic experience, analyze its existing problems and put forward some feasible suggestions. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical basis for the school to set up swimming compulsory courses, and to provide reference for other colleges and universities to set up swimming compulsory courses safely. This study has certain practical significance for the school and other colleges and universities to better set up swimming lessons. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper takes the present situation of swimming compulsory courses in Southwest University of Science and Technology as the research object. Through the investigation and interview with the leaders of Southwest University of Science and Technology, the leaders of physical education department, the teachers of swimming compulsory courses and the students of swimming compulsory courses, the research draws the conclusion that: (1) it is feasible to set up swimming compulsory courses in Southwest University of Science and Technology. It is also worth popularizing; (2) about 80% of the students have mastered swimming skills after the beginning of the class, and it is feasible to set up swimming compulsory courses in the whole school. (3) attach great importance to the effective implementation of safety measures to ensure the safe conduct of swimming compulsory courses. (4) the school adopts the cross-semester swimming course arrangement, which solves the difficulty of not having an indoor swimming pool in the university. (5) there are only two swimming pools in the school, which can not meet the needs of the students. (6) the teaching idea of swimming compulsory course is relatively backward, which can easily cause students to lose interest in learning. According to the results of the study, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) it is suggested that other colleges and universities should draw lessons from the basic experience of safety measures and class hours arrangement of swimming compulsory courses in this school; (2) it is suggested that Southwest University of Science and Technology should build an outdoor swimming pool in each of the east campus and the west campus. (3) it is suggested that the teachers in the Department of physical Education should strive to hold certificates and play a good role as professional teachers. (4) it is suggested that teachers of swimming compulsory course should add new teaching methods such as game method purposefully in swimming compulsory course, and (5) it is suggested that life-saving skills should be added to the teaching content and evaluation content of swimming compulsory course.
