河北省体育传统项目学校后备人才培养的现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】:本文以国家发布的“十三五”规划、青少年体育“十三五”规划的方针政策为前提,并以京津冀共同发展背景和2022年北京-张家口冬奥会为契机,新的时代背景和发展机遇使河北省面临重大机遇和挑战,本文以河北省传统优势项目学校需要培养更多优秀的后备人才为背景撰写。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析等研究方法,通过总结和概括河北省体育传统校后备人才的现状,希望找出目前河北省后备人才可能存在的问题,并能给予合理性的建议。帮助河北省体育传统优势项目学校在新的发展机遇下培养更多具有高素养、实力的体育后备人才。主要结论:1、河北省传统校运动员基本情况:动员参加训练的项目较广泛,包括篮球、足球等20多个项目,从事人数较多的项目依次是田径、篮球和足球。大多数后备人才的没有运动等级,大量的后备人才从事运动训练年限是1-4年。2、河北省传统校运动员训练情况:后备人才参加运动训练主要是兴趣爱好,考大学或成为优秀运动员,他们对待训练的态度非常积极,对训练效果基本满意且认为训练的不足之处主要是场馆设施、训练经费。运动员每天都会训练。每次训练课后都积极放松,放松时间较短,有时候教练要求放松自己不做。3、河北省传统校运动员比赛情况:运动员参与级别较多的赛事为市级比赛。每年参加比赛的次数1-4次不等。认为影响训练成绩的因素有:文化课的压力、训练设施、自身伤病、领导重视程度和训练经费。4、河北省传统校运动员学习情况:传统校后备人才对待文化课学习态度比较认真并且愿意补课,影响学习成绩的原因主要有:文化课基础差,没有兴趣学习,繁重的训练任务和学校不重视。大部分人选择学习和训练两者兼顾。毕业后打算主要有:报考高等体育院校、进入大学高水平队、进省级以上专业队或加入职业体育俱乐部。5、河北省传统项目学校存在的不足:训练场地设施少,参加比赛级别不高,运动员运动等级不高,从事系统训练年限过短,没有训练补贴,文化基础薄弱,后备人才的文化压力大。6、河北省传统校运动员可持续发展对策:在京津冀三地区教育协同背景下,加大经费投入,为良好的训练效果提供保障;增加高层次比赛,扩大传统学校与直辖市的交流;做到教育和训练之间的平衡,提高他们的文化基本水平,缓解文化课带来的压力;加强对传统校的监督,更新训练的项目,大力发展传统项目;更新传统校师资力量;改善传统学校训练的科学性和规范性。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the 13th five-year Plan issued by the state and the principles and policies of the 13th five-year Plan for Youth Sports, and takes the common development background of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the 2022 Beijing-Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Games as an opportunity. Hebei Province is faced with great opportunities and challenges because of the new background and development opportunities. This paper is based on the need to cultivate more excellent reserve talents in Hebei traditional advantage project schools. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper summarizes and summarizes the present situation of reserve talents in traditional sports schools in Hebei Province, and hopes to find out the possible problems of reserve talents in Hebei Province at present. And can give reasonable advice. Help Hebei traditional sports advantage project schools to cultivate more sports reserve talents with high literacy and strength under the new development opportunities. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The basic situation of traditional school athletes in Hebei Province: mobilization to participate in the training of more than 20 events, including basketball, football and other events, the number of events in turn is track and field, basketball and football. Most of the reserve talents have no sports grade, a large number of reserve talents engaged in sports training years are 1-4 years. 2, Hebei Province traditional school athletes training situation: reserve talents to participate in sports training is mainly interests and hobbies. When they take part in college entrance examination or become excellent athletes, they have a very positive attitude towards training. They are basically satisfied with the training effect and think that the shortcomings of training are mainly stadiums and facilities and training funds. Athletes train every day. After each training class, the relaxation time is short, and sometimes the coach asks to relax and not do it. 3, the competition of athletes in Hebei traditional schools: the events in which athletes participate in more levels are municipal competitions. The number of competitions per year varies from 1 to 4. It is believed that the factors that affect the training performance are: the pressure of culture class, the training facilities, their own injuries, the degree of leadership attention and the training funds. 4. The learning situation of athletes in traditional schools in Hebei Province: the reserve talents in traditional schools take culture lessons seriously and are willing to make up for them. The main reasons that affect their academic performance are as follows: the foundation of cultural courses is poor, and they are not interested in learning. Heavy training tasks and schools do not pay attention to it. Most people choose both study and training. After graduation, the main plans are as follows: apply for higher physical education colleges and universities, enter the university high-level team, enter the provincial professional team or join the professional sports club. 5, the shortcomings of the traditional project schools in Hebei Province: there are few training venues and facilities. The level of participation in the competition is not high, the level of athletes is not high, the years of systematic training are too short, there is no training subsidy, the cultural foundation is weak, and the cultural pressure of reserve talents is great. The countermeasures of sustainable development of traditional school athletes in Hebei Province: under the background of education coordination in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, we should increase the investment of funds to provide a guarantee for good training effect; Increase high-level competitions, expand exchanges between traditional schools and municipalities directly under the Central Government, achieve a balance between education and training, improve their basic level of culture, and alleviate the pressure brought about by cultural classes. Strengthen the supervision of traditional schools, update training projects, vigorously develop traditional projects, update the strength of traditional school teachers, improve the scientific and normative training of traditional schools.
