45~60岁中年男性肌肉力量增龄性变化规律的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的探讨我国45~60岁中年男性肌肉力量的增龄性变化的规律,以及最大肌肉力量及爆发力随年龄变化的相关性分析。方法通过自主研发的数字化等长肌肉收缩功能检测系统,对总共240名45~60岁中年男性进行肌肉力量等长肌力测试,包括左右肘关节、左右膝关节屈伸最大肌力及爆发力的测试,同时采集肢体形态指标(包含体质量、瘦体质量、上臂及大腿围度)的数据信息。对每一年龄段受试者采集到的肌肉力量等数据进行统计分析,与相对应年龄段受试者肌肉力量及身体形态指标进行相关性分析。结果 45岁以上中年男性左右肘、膝关节屈伸肌肌肉力量呈现逐年缓慢下降的趋势,其中肌肉爆发力下降趋势最明显。对45~60岁中年男性上、下肢最大肌力与体质量、去脂体质量、上下肢体围度等身体形态指标的关系进行相关性分析,结果发现45~60岁中年男性左右肘、膝关节屈伸最大肌力与体质量、去脂体质量、上下肢体围度呈显著的正相关性;而与年龄增长呈负相关性。结论 45~60岁中年男性肌肉力量、耐力及爆发力与年龄增长呈负相关性;与体质量、去脂体质量、上下肢体度呈显著的正相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the age-related changes of muscle strength in middle-aged men aged 45 years and 60 years old in China, and to analyze the correlation between maximum muscle strength and explosive strength with age. Methods A total of 240 middle-aged men aged 45 years old were tested for muscle strength isometric muscle strength, including the maximum muscle strength and explosive force of left and right elbow joints, flexion and extension of left and right knee joints, and the maximum muscle strength of flexion and extension of left and right knee joints was measured by a self-developed digital isometric muscle contraction function detection system. At the same time, the data of limb morphology (including body mass, lean weight, upper arm and thigh circumference) were collected. The data of muscle strength collected by subjects of each age group were statistically analyzed, and the correlation between muscle strength and body shape indexes of subjects of corresponding age group was analyzed. Results the muscle strength of flexion and extensor muscle of knee joint decreased slowly year by year in middle-aged men over 45 years old, and the decreasing trend of muscle explosive force was the most obvious.
