[Abstract]:Talent training is the inevitable requirement of modern society. The competition of competitive sports is actually the competition of talents. Only by continuously transporting talents can we ensure the prosperity of national sports. As we all know, table tennis is the national ball of our country, it not only goes down in the history of Chinese sports, but also goes down in the history of world sports. "the ball drives the big ball". Its appearance opened the door to the exchanges between China and the United States, and also made the people change their views on sports and began to enter the hearts and minds of the people. In order to better develop sports and develop table tennis, sports schools were established in China as early as 1950s, while Binzhou Boxing Experimental Primary School officially became a table tennis school branch on April 26, 2003. The school is the first group of traditional sports schools jointly named by the State Sports Administration and the Ministry of Education. Under the guidance of the idea of "rejuvenating the school with ping-pong characteristics and educating people with the spirit of national football", the school actively creates the characteristic culture of table tennis. Under the guidance of scientific theory and practical experience, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of personnel training in table tennis characteristic schools in Binzhou City by means of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, and makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the training of students, ordinary students, teachers, reserve talents management, funding sources and so on. The results show that: 1, the selection source of talents in this school is mainly in the province, the beginning age of the choice is mostly between five and eight years old, and the age is generally younger. The good one is to be trained from an early age, while the other side is too young, the competition level is relatively low, the competition experience is less, and even the number of people who have not participated in the competition is not a small number; The motivation of students to participate is also diverse, when professional athletes, personal hobbies, exercise, which is also the interest of students. 2, the proportion of students' grip posture, playing type is unreasonable, left hand holding is very few, playing type is more perfect; The training students are still satisfied with the arrangement of teachers' training time and conditions, but there are also students who feel unreasonable about the training time. Most of the tasks assigned by teachers are only completed, some even cut corners, and the students' consciousness is low. 3, the results of the cultural courses of the training students are relatively good, the educational level of the school is relatively high, the students also like to study, the teachers come from a wide range of sources, most of them graduate from physical education departments, the education received is relatively high, at the same time, the educational resources given to the students will be relatively high. 4, the table tennis teachers in this school are still relatively sound, rich in training experience, for their own students in the training process to provide a wealth of on-the-spot experience, teachers can make a good plan in advance, but most of them are working out a stage, there is no longer-term plan, the content of the plan is rich, but less involved in the psychological situation, not paying much attention to the psychological development of students; 5. Binzhou Table Tennis characteristic School shall be in charge of the Bureau of Education. The Bureau of Education is the leader of management, such a disadvantage is that the student union is faced with a dilemma and is easy to bury talents; 6. the source of funds of the school is mainly financial allocation, although the source of funds is single, although the strong support, but also lack of funds, the development of table tennis in the school has great advantages, sufficient training equipment, rich teachers experience and so on, but there are also many disadvantages, students are younger, less experience in the competition, but also vulnerable to external factors, so the task of coaches in training is arduous.
