我国优秀冰壶运动员关节灵活性、稳定性矫正练习的研究

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究利用功能动作筛查和Y-Balance测试对中国混双冰壶队13名运动员关节灵活性和稳定性进行评估,了解中国混双冰壶优秀运动员在完成特定动作模式测试时的身体运动功能特征和薄弱环节,并根据测试评估结果针对性地安排矫正练习计划,研究分析矫正练习对混双冰壶运动员关节灵活性和稳定性的影响,探索发展关节稳定性和灵活性对立统一的练习策略,为快速发展的混双冰壶项目提供训练保障。研究方法:对国家混双冰壶队13名运动员进行功能动作筛查和Y-Balance测试,根据测试结果分析存在的问题针对性地安排矫正练习方案,矫正练习方案分为灵活性练习部分和稳定性练习部分,该方案共进行12周,每周安排3次,每次练习间隔一天进行,每次60分钟。经过12周的矫正练习后,对这13名混双冰壶运动员进行第二次功能动作筛查和Y-Balance测试,根据矫正练习前后测试得到的结果进行对比分析。结果:(1)功能动作筛查总分满分为21分,混双冰壶运动员第一次功能动作筛查测试总分均值为14.69分,在深蹲测试、过栏架步测试、直线弓步测试、躯干稳定俯卧撑测试、旋转稳定性测试中得分均值较低。(2)混双冰壶运动员在第一次Y-Balance测试中,双侧上肢在三个测试方向上的差值均值均超出损伤风险阈值,预示存在损伤风险,双侧下肢在前侧测试方向上的差值均值超出损伤风险阈值,在后中侧与后外侧两个测试方向上的差值均值没有超出损伤风险阈值。(3)经过12周矫正练习后,混双冰壶运动员功能动作筛查总分均值提高显著(P0.01),深蹲动作测试得分均值提高显著(P0.01),过栏架步动作测试得分均值提高显著(P0.05),肩部灵活性动作测试得分均值提高显著(P0.05),躯干稳定俯卧撑动作测试得分均值提高显著(P0.01)。矫正练习前后,Y-Balance测试中双侧上肢与双侧下肢在三个测试方向上的差值均值均无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:(1)通过功能动作筛查和Y-Balance测试发现,我国混双冰壶运动员主要问题包括肩关节周围肌群紧张,屈髋肌群紧张,臀肌肌群紧张及力量不足,股四头肌紧张,核心稳定性较弱,具体表现为肩关节及髋关节灵活性不足,肩关节、髋关节、膝关节及踝关节的稳定性不足。(2)经过12周的矫正练习,我国混双冰壶运动员上肢肩关节的灵活性提高,肩关节的稳定性增强,下肢髋关节的灵活性提高,髋关节、膝关节、踝关节的稳定性增强。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the joint flexibility and stability of 13 Chinese mixed double curling team athletes by functional action screening and Y-Balance test, to understand the physical motor function characteristics and weak links of Chinese mixed doubles curling elite athletes when completing the specific action mode test, and to arrange the correction exercise plan according to the test evaluation results. This paper studies and analyzes the influence of correction exercise on joint flexibility and stability of mixed double curling athletes, and explores the practice strategy of developing joint stability and flexibility opposites, so as to provide training guarantee for the rapid development of mixed double curling events. Research methods: 13 athletes of national mixed double curling team were screened for functional action and tested by Y-Balance. According to the analysis of the test results, the correction exercise scheme was arranged according to the existing problems. The correction exercise scheme was divided into flexibility exercise part and stability exercise part. The program was carried out for 12 weeks, three times a week, one day at an interval of 60 minutes each time. After 12 weeks of correction exercise, the 13 mixed double curling athletes were screened for the second functional action and Y-Balance test, and the results were compared and analyzed according to the results obtained before and after the correction exercise. Results: (1) the total score of functional action screening was 21, the average total score of the first functional action screening test of mixed double curling athletes was 14.69, and the average score was lower in squat test, hurdle step test, linear bow step test, torso stable push-up test and rotation stability test. (2) the average score of mixed double curling athletes in the first Y-Balance test, The difference of bilateral upper limbs in all three test directions exceeded the injury risk threshold, indicating that there was a risk of injury. The mean difference of bilateral lower limbs in the front test direction exceeded the injury risk threshold, and the average difference in the posterior middle and posterolateral test directions did not exceed the injury risk threshold. (3) after 12 weeks of correction exercise, The average score of functional movement screening of mixed double curling athletes increased significantly (P01), the average score of squat movement test increased significantly (P01), the average score of hurdle walking movement test increased significantly (P05), the average score of shoulder flexibility movement test increased significantly (P05), and the mean score of torso stable push-up movement increased significantly (P01). Before and after correction exercise, there was no significant difference between bilateral upper limbs and bilateral lower extremities in the three test directions in Y-Balance test (P 0.05). Conclusion: (1) through functional action screening and Y-Balance test, it is found that the main problems of Chinese mixed curling athletes include the tension of muscle group around shoulder joint, the tension of hip flexion muscle group, the tension and strength of gluteal muscle group, the tension of quadriceps femoris muscle and the weak core stability, which are manifested in the lack of flexibility of shoulder joint and hip joint, shoulder joint and hip joint. The stability of knee joint and ankle joint is insufficient. (2) after 12 weeks of correction practice, the flexibility of upper limb shoulder joint, the stability of shoulder joint, the flexibility of lower extremity hip joint and the stability of hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint of mixed double curling athletes in China are improved.
