不同BMI青年人血清瘦素水平与跑步运动能量消耗的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:通过测定不同BMI青年人血清瘦素含量、静息能量消耗和跑步运动能量消耗水平,探讨青年人体脂含量与静息能量消耗和运动能量消耗水平之间的关系,为科学指导不同人群进行运动健身提供理论依据。方法:通过电话等方式招募20-29岁青年,采用健康状况调查问卷、身体形态机能测试、血液生化检查,筛选身体健康的受试者,根据中国成年人BMI标准,根据BMI≥28kg/m2为肥胖、24.0"fBMI27.9kg/m2)为超重,18.5≤BMI23.9kg/m2为正常,再根据受试者的性别随机分成6组进行实验。采用ELISA实验法测定血清瘦素含量,用间接热量测定法检测53名健康青年静息能量消耗和跑步运动的能量消耗情况,分析不同性别健康青年体脂含量与静息能量消耗和跑步运动的能量消耗相关性。结果:(1)青年人血清瘦素含量具有性别差异,女性血清瘦素含量非常显著高于男性血清瘦素含量(P0.01),在相同BMI下男性、女性之间的血清瘦素存在明显的差异,女性血清瘦素比男性高,女性血清瘦素含量是男性的2~3倍。肥胖组、超重组的血清瘦素含量均高于正常组,且女性高于男性。肥胖组男性血清瘦素与正常组和超重组比较均具有非常显著性差异(P0.01),肥胖组女性血清瘦素与正常组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。(2)不同BMI青年人男性青年人的静息能量消耗高于女性,但无显著性差异。在相同BMI下,男性的静息能量消耗比女性高。在不同的BMI下肥胖组、超重组男性的静息能量消耗与正常组比较均有非常显著性差异(P0.01),肥胖组、超重组女性静息能量消耗与正常组比较均有显著性差异(P0.05),肥胖组与超重组的静息能量消耗无显著性差异(P0.05)。青年人的每日静息能量消耗着BMI的增加而增加。(3)青年人参与相同条件下的跑步运动时,男性青年人的跑步运动能量消耗高于女性,但无显著性差异。在相同BMI下,男、女之间进行相同条件下的跑步运动时,男性的运动能量消耗高于女性。不同BMI的青年人参与相同跑步运动时,肥胖组女性的运动能量消耗与超重组和正常组比较均有非常显著性的差异(P0.01),超重组女性运动能量消耗与正常组比较有非常显著性的差异(P0.01),肥胖组的男性与正常组有非常显著性的差异(P0.01),与超重组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。不同BMI青年人参与相同跑步运动时,跑步运动能量消耗随着BMI的增加而增加。结论:(1)不同BMI青年血清瘦素因性别不同而不同,女性血清瘦素含量比男性血清瘦素含量高。不同BMI青年的血清瘦素含量随BMI的增加而升高。(2)不同BMI青年男性的静息能量消耗高于女性静息能量消耗,在相同BMI下,男性的静息能量消耗比女性高。不同BMI青年人的静息能量消耗着BMI的增加而增加。(3)青年人参与相同条件下的跑步运动时,男性青年人的跑步运动能量消耗高于女性,跑步运动能量消耗随着BMI的增加而增加。
