少数民族传统体育项目从节庆向常规发展路径研究

【摘要】：运用文献资料法等,研究少数民族传统体育项目从节庆向常规发展的路程。分析表明,少数民族体育项目的传统器材"重"与"大"、仪式繁琐、参与人数众多与项目传承规矩较多等,是传统项目普及化、群众化与日常化的制约条件。技能健身编创、项目程序简化与项目器材轻便化等方式,是推动传统体育项目常规发展的重要路径。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature, this paper studies the distance from festival to routine development of ethnic minority traditional sports. The analysis shows that the traditional equipment of minority sports is "heavy" and "big", the ceremony is tedious, the number of participants is large and the inheritance rules of the project are more, which is the restriction condition of the popularization, mass and daily development of traditional sports. The creation of skill fitness, the simplification of project procedure and the convenience of project equipment are the important ways to promote the conventional development of traditional sports.
