大学生道德同一性特点及相关因素研究

【摘要】：中国传统文化向来崇尚道德,学校教育也非常重视对学生的道德教育,但现实中道德滑坡的现象屡见不鲜,因此,了解道德行为是如何发生的,尤其是了解道德行为发生的动机意义重大。布莱西的理论认为,道德同一性可能在道德行为中发挥着重要的作用,即道德行为的发生不仅是认知好人的结果,而且是在道德判断的基础上进行责任判断后才有可能发生的行为,责任判断的结果反映了个体道德同一性水平上的差异。本研究通过对国内外最新道德同一性文献的梳理,首先从概念上厘清了道德同一性的内涵,然后以开放式问卷调查为基础,建构出道德同一性的内在结构,编制大学生道德同一性问卷,调查分析了大学生道德同一性的特点。并以陕西550名大学生为被试,采用自编道德同一性问卷、道德情境判断问卷和道德行为意图问卷,探讨了道德判断对道德行为意图影响的内在关系,结论如下： (1)根据开放式问卷的分析结果,建构了大学生道德同一性的内在结构,分别为集体主义同一性、仁爱友善同一性、助人利他同一性、知恩图报同一性、诚信负责同一性、勤俭自律同一性和认真上进同一性。 (2)自编《大学生道德同一性问卷》信效度良好,可以作为大学生道德同一性发展的测评工具。 (3)大学生道德同一性总体上发展良好,各个维度发展基本均衡。 (4)大学生道德同一性存在年级和性别差异。从性别上来看,仁爱友善维度上女生得分显著高于男生,其他维度上差异不显著；从年级上来看,除认真上进维度随年级上升不断增长外,大二学生的道德同一性发展水平在在总体上和具体维度上均为最低。 (5)道德同一性和道德判断对道德行为意图都具有显著的预测作用。 (6)道德判断对道德行为意图的预测作用会受到个体道德同一性水平的调节。
[Abstract]:Chinese traditional culture has always advocated morality, and school education has also attached great importance to moral education for students, but in reality, the phenomenon of moral decline is common, so understand how moral behavior occurs. In particular, it is of great significance to understand the motivation of moral behavior. According to Bracey's theory, moral identity may play an important role in moral behavior, that is, the occurrence of moral behavior is not only the result of cognition of good people. And it is the behavior that can happen after the responsibility judgment is carried out on the basis of moral judgment, and the result of the responsibility judgment reflects the difference in the level of individual moral identity. By combing the latest literature on moral identity at home and abroad, this study firstly clarifies the connotation of moral identity from the concept, and then constructs the internal structure of moral identity based on the open questionnaire survey. The characteristics of moral identity of college students are investigated and analyzed by compiling the questionnaire of moral identity of college students. Taking 550 college students in Shaanxi province as the subjects, using self-made moral identity questionnaire, moral situational judgment questionnaire and moral behavior intention questionnaire, this paper probes into the internal relationship between moral judgment and moral behavior intention. The conclusion is as follows: 1) according to the analysis results of the open questionnaire, the internal structure of moral identity of college students is constructed, which is collectivism identity, benevolence and friendliness identity, altruistic identity, knowledge and reward identity, honesty and integrity identity. Self-discipline and self-discipline are the same as hard work and hard work. 2) the questionnaire of College students' moral identity has good reliability and validity, which can be used as an evaluation tool for the development of college students' moral identity. 3) the moral identity of college students develops well on the whole, and the development of each dimension is basically balanced. 4) there are grade and gender differences in moral identity of college students. In terms of gender, the scores of girls on the dimension of benevolence and friendliness were significantly higher than those of boys, but there were no significant differences in other dimensions. The development level of moral identity of sophomore students is the lowest both in general and in specific dimensions. 5) moral identity and moral judgment can predict the intention of moral behavior. 6) the predictive effect of moral judgment on the intention of moral behavior is regulated by the level of individual moral identity.
