某三甲医院临床实习护生焦虑程度及原因分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨和分析护理实习生实习的焦虑程度及其影响因素。方法:选取在医院实习的2011年护理本科生和专科生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法搜集资料,对151名实习中后期的大学护生进行调查。结果:151名大学本科和专科护生实习结束前的焦虑自评得分为31.74和31.93。引起护生焦虑的相关因素主要是未来的就业、职业的损伤、未来的经济压力、出现差错、对紧急情况的应变能力。结论:由于来自未来就业和职业损伤的担忧以及毕业后经济压力的担忧等,临床实习护生产生不同程度的焦虑情绪,应引起各方面的重视,有针对性地提供各种支持和保障,以减轻实习护生的焦虑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore and analyze the anxiety degree of nursing interns and its influencing factors. Methods: 151 college nursing students in the middle and late stage of practice were investigated by questionnaire survey. Results the anxiety self-assessment scores of 151 undergraduate and junior nursing students were 31.74 and 31.93 respectively. The related factors causing anxiety of nursing students are future employment, occupational injury, future economic pressure, error and emergency response ability. Conclusion: because of the worry about the future employment and occupation injury and the financial pressure after graduation, the clinical practice nursing students have different levels of anxiety, which should be paid more attention to, and provide various kinds of support and protection. In order to alleviate the anxiety of nursing students.
